Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lawrence

I ordered online and 20 mins ahead because it was a bulk order. Went to drive thru window and they asked me wait and park. While waiting, I went inside to use the restroom. Nobody was inside, there were like 2 or 3 cars at drive thru behind me. There were at least 5 people “working” inside. 1 lady sweeping the floor, 1 lady buzzed me in restroom, 1 cashier, 1 kitchen guy with apron, and one with I believe the “manager.” I went back in the car, looked at drive thru and no car was at window. I walked and asked at the window about my order. They said it will be ready soon, they’re bagging it, pie takes 10 mins etc etc. 50 mins later my food is still not ready. There were no other customer which is more infuriating. I was late picking my child up at school, I was given a run around, cashier was rude and yelling at me telling me that she only works on the register and that she doesn’t know where or how’s my order is going. 55 mins later, so much for being a “fast food” I lost it and unfortunately I had to start screaming at their incompetence. They need a better managing staff to run this place better. Such a shame because they could have better business if they run a...

Simply Terrible. We all go to Popeyes for their iconic FRIED chicken and I happened to head over after just finishing up coaching on a Friday night . I went through drive through and me and one of my players who I was taking home , pulled up to order and nobody answered. We then waited about 7 minutes before someone finally answered. He took our order and we pulled up. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time, and headed on our way. When we arrived back to our home, we went to open up our food and what I witness was not fried chicken. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo and I received a piece of undercooked GRILLED chicken that was just thrown in between to buns with WAY too much mayo. I was so disappointed. Not only was it not even fried chicken but it was undercooked. The chicken tenders my player ordered weren’t cooked properly through either.

I understand it was around 930pm but Popeyes needs to do better with who they hire. These young kids now a day don’t care about work ethic and I’m getting tired of ordering overpriced food and it not being even up to par , let...

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I arrived at the drive through at around 8:20pm at the Lawrence, MA location and there were only three cars ahead of me. After 30 minutes of waiting and two cars just giving up and leaving the line I ended up on the microphone to order. At this time there is only one car Infront of me so I figured might as well order, the person tells me to wait, then after 5 mins I start calling but no answer and it seems they are just ignoring the mic then another 15 mins past and I finally leave, I also noticed the entire time the employees are in there laughing and the person In front of me is still waiting on their order. They flat out purposely ignore the mic. The most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen. I was in line for about 40 to 45 mins because I had promised some friends I was getting some food for us but this entire time they weren’t able to fill a single order based on my observation. I am never going back to this location again. Whoever is managing this place should be ashamed...
