Survey Code 12363-13161-03124-20033-00176-1 Last Night I went thru the Drive-thru, placed my order and paid for it. I ordered a Quarter pound meal with an Ice Tea, Large Fries, and no onions along with two cheese burgers and a six piece order of nuggets. the gentlemen in the window gave me my Ice Tea, and asked me to pull to space #5. I preceded forward looking for space #5. There was no space #5, so I drove around the building and parked in space #2 near the building, and stopped the person delivering the orders and explained there was no Space #5. He apologized and into the store. Minutes later a person came out with three orders and handed me one and walked away. I proceeded to check the order and realized it was not mine. I called out the individual and he came back after he delivered the other orders looked at mine, took back into the store. I waited several minutes, and woman came out and handed me a bag and walked back in. I looked at the order and it was the same order minus to packets of ranch dressings. I went in the store, and waited several minutes at the count until someone came over and asked me what I wanted. I told my order was wrong again, explained the problem. As he walked away he said where is your receipt. The same woman who had taken my order out to me the second time asked what the problem was. I explained it to her she in turn yelled to someone in the back in Spanish and I continued to wait. I went out to my truck got the receipt and returned. I continued to wait several more minutes. The Woman proceeds to throw the bag on the counter not saying a word turns and walks away. I checked the bag before left and yelled out THANK YOU and left. Read moreI don't normally do this but I couldn't not write a review after my experience at the Fall Creek McDonald's today. I didn't have very high expectations. After all, it is McDonald's. But this was especially horrible. The first clue that we had made a poor dinner choice was the person taking our order in the drive-through. She was snappy and rude, as if she was irritated that we would dare order in the drive through. And they wouldn't serve us breakfast even though the menu said it was available all day. We ended up ordering three cheeseburgers and a large fry. All told, we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. (And I am not exaggerating, we checked the time when we pulled into the line.) Three people behind us even left the line after they had ordered because the line wasn't moving. The person in front of us asked for a refund because of the wait but was denied. The saddest part is that this has happened to us before. I don't know why we decided to come back. It seems like a quick place to stop on the way home, but with that long of a wait time we could have gone out of our way to any other restaurant. The worst part of the whole experience was the irritated look the man at the window gave us when he handed us our cold bag of food. Cold greasy food is the worst. Read moreMy family went through the drive through because they had the doors locked (maybe construction?) It was a longer line and was taking a long time to move which I can understand with many places being under staffed. When we received our order we realized one of our of burgers had no meat just the condiments. So we had to go back around the entire slow line again to just reorder. This took an additional 20ish minutes. We were a little frustrated at this point but we're hoping they would be happy to fix it and maybe give us something extra for our time and inconvenience. We got to the 2nd window which we were told to go to and spoke with the young man at the window. He was very apologetic and went to get the manager. The manager was rude and complaining that they had to remake it. Cutting my husband off when he was just trying to tell what happened. He asked, because it was pretty time consuming and the mistakes made was on them, if we would get an extra burger to make up for the time we had to wait and inconvenience of it being made wrong. She did not let us do that and made us pay for the extra burger. She was very rude and acted like we were an annoyance. Very unprofessional!
