Paisano's Pizzería — Restaurant in Lawrence

I called and made an order and the girl who took my order did not note the details of my order. When I got the delivery, the food was not the way I wanted it. I called and the guy who answered the phone gave me the option of getting a credit for the same plate or sending in what was missing of my order. I told him that the credit was fine since I only have a certain amount of time for lunch from work. When a called another day to ask for the plate which I had credit on they girl told me that they cannot give me the credit because in the last order they did not charge me for the missing ingredient. I told her that is was fine that I pay the difference. and she said NO, that I have to pay for the whole thing. That the employee did not note the order right there for I was not charged for the ingredient. I asked her how do they complement their customer for the mess up of their employee and she said they don't. When I asked to speak to the owner she told me that she is the manager and that the owner was there but was busy making pizza. What kind of place does the owner have no time to speak to a customer that is upset with their service? And does not go through with an offer given to a customer? The so called manager from this place that works in the morning has really poor...

Posted hours state they close at 9PM. Arrived at 8:07, shop was open but they refused to take our order and stated they were closed. When we pointed out that their posted hours stated they didn't close for another 53 minutes, the completely uninterested young woman at the counter told us they were "closing early." There were still patrons in the establishment as the unhelpful staff person told us this. It was as if we were inconveniencing the indolent woman. Absolutely pathetic. Do yourself a favor and go to a pizza shop that even marginally cares to serve you...
