Tous Les Jours — Restaurant in Lawrence

So happy to have a place like this in Lawrence! We love the croquettes (especially the kimchi or curry filled, but they're all tasty - crunchy on the outside and flavorfilled on thr inside). My fave is the Yuzu filled turnover while my husband likes the caramel apple ones. My daughter goes for anything on the chocolate side (croissants, muffins, or chocolate dipped waffles). She also loves the Croque Monseur sandwiches. We've ordered their luscious cloud cakes for special occasions (very affordable too!) Their macarons are also divine. To top it off, their coffee has great flavor so, it's a delight to sit with one of their lovely pastries and sip a cappuccino.

They also have grab & go items like Ramune, canned iced coffee and breads as well as teas and bagged coffee.

The dining room is large and lively (if a bit loud) when busy but, not off-putting. They have patio space outside, too, when the weather is nice.

Their staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. We routinely meet with friends & family there.

This was my first visit, so I got several items to try. First, I like the way products are set up for customers to easily explore on their own and make decisions at their own pace with the self-serve style. The experience was fun & exciting and very clean. However, the overall atmosphere was oddly quiet & uncomfortable at the same time?? Unfortunately, when I sampled the different pastries (at home), I was disappointed. The plain croissant was overcooked and dry, a slice of peach cake was stale and was clearly not fresh. I tried a few other fruit & cheese based pastries & they were all disappointing with a lack of flavor. They looked beautiful, but the flavor was missing. Surprisingly, the best item was something I got on a whim & it was perfection... a plain twisted donut with granulated sugar coating. It was fresh, soft, and flavorful without being super sweet... a delight! I would definitely go back for a second chance, though, at a different time of day. Tous Les Jous just keeps getting better. The bread and butter coffee blend they use makes awesome lattes and the temperatures are always perfect.

Every time I go I find a new pastry or flavor of cake slice I haven’t tried yet. Just when I think I’ve seen all the pastries they put out some seasonal ones that are great with the coffee.

We bought a cake for our son’s birthday party and everyone loved it. The cakes aren’t overly sweet like the grocery store cakes around here.

Getting there an hour or so after they open will ensure you have the best choice of fresh baked breads and pastries.

My kids love the fruit smoothies and matcha drinks.

The store layout and decor provides a great place to relax and get some remote work done too.
