Wendy's — Restaurant in Lawrence

Where do I begin. To start the line for the drive thru was about 30 minutes the we get to the window to order for them to tell us they don't have vanilla frostys so we asked for a Coke to our surprise they tell us they don't have coke then we wait another 7- 10 minutes for our food. The food was so cold I can feel it through the paper before even opening it. Then my husband asked me did you eat one of my nuggets I said no he only had 3 ad to top it off we had crackheads knocking on out window asking for money and as we where exiting more crackhead come to the car asking for money. The young lady at the window was super rude I asked her a question 2xs and she ignored me. I will never in my life visit...

WENDY'S food was good , service was great , place could have been a little cleaner but I feel the dirt comes from the homeless that are allowed to hang around all day long and not because the staff doesn't clean because they do and I have witnessed them doing it ,today 12 people in the restaurant and 7 were homeless just taking up space that should be for paying customers I think it's time for Silvia Marcion to step up or be removed as manager if anyone feels the same , please contact WENDY'S on social media , come on silvia you been doing a good job until now , don't blame the staff they don't get paid enough to deal with homeless...

scary and not safe. 1/3 Of the costumers were homeless sitted apparently drugged. One ask me for money while I was eating inside of Wendy then started to check the trashes inside of wendy because i gave him my food and I refused to give him my 🍹. He started being aggressive So I took my kids gave him my drink left fast . I felt very threatened...Please for your own sake if you are not familiar to this place don’t stop to eat. Order from the widow pick your food then leave .They are watching all your move( the homeless). Better be safe than sorry . The employees pretending not...
