Subway — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

Subway food is fresh and very good, but the Subway in the Lawrenceburg Walmart is having some problems. The employees are not trained. One little guy did not know wheat bread from white, a poor customer got so flustered. She wanted a sandwich on white and a salad, he had never done a salad, had no clue. Person waiting on me rolled my American Club with extra bacon like it was a wrap. Other employee started telling her loudly that she was putting too much bacon. I had to step in and tell her I asked for extra bacon. Loud employee was putting veggies on, I started telling her NO veggies, she grabbed lettuce... I'm told her three times NO lettuce, she was so busy talking she did not hear me..then she grabbed lettuce off my sandwich put it back into lettuce bin. I have a medical reason can not have most veggies.. I wanted mayo, she started wrapping my sandwich while talking... She had to unwrap my sandwich to put on the mayo. It was a sloppy, badly cut sandwich, I order two foot longs, with a pretzel. Pretzel was very good. The top piece of bread was way short on the top of the sandwich. The second sandwich top crust was mostly veggies, about an inch of bread covering. I usually go there 2-3 ,sometimes more, times a week spending over 22.00 each trip. It's just not worth the...

We came in around 8:00pm tonight woman working the counter was very rude took her like 20minutes to fix 2 sandwiches. We got our food sit down to eat at 8:25pm she stomps her way to the gate and slams it shut almost waking up our 9 month old son who’s finally fell asleep then at 8:35 as we are finishing our food she tells us that she closed at 8:30 and it’s now 8:35 and we need to leave because she has things to do outside of work and she’s ready to go.. my fiancè was kindly upset the woman spoke to us like that especially because she had just walked by and seen we were cleaning up our mess and was almost finished eating. We didn’t even finish our food just got up cleaned the mess and left. On our way out I told her she didn’t have to be rude towards customers it’s not very professional and she shouldn’t work in customer service with that kind of attitude towards people and to have a good night. My family and I eat there fairly often and everytime it’s 30-50 dollars. We will not be back to this...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place needs to be shut down! I know several people who work or worked there and the guy who runs this subway is awful! He treats the employees who are mostly teenagers starting out awful and does not let them keep their tips he sits there and at the end of the day takes all the tips and tells them it’s his money even though they worked for them and also makes them work long hours with no breaks. I’ve been told he uses out dated food like lettuce even when it’s gone brown and doesn’t clean equipment properly, he also doesn’t like to pay them like he is suppose to. I feel bad for these kids cause they don’t know any better! This guy needs to be shut down. I would not recommend this...
