My boyfriend and I came here for a late lunch, we've come to this location many times. I ordered a pretzel crust with extra cheese and pepperoni and asked for the butter parm on the whole pizza. When I got to the car right after ordering, I saw the receipt had the cheese sauce instead of the pizza sauce and I immediately ran inside to fix that, hopefully before they started making the pizza. A customer was waiting to order and Nobody was at the front. Then the person that came up front helped that customer and went back to the back. I flagged them down to let them know the error, and she went to tell the manager. After a moment, the manager, I believe Lashawn came to the front looking ready for a problem. "That's not what you said! You said wanted pretzel crust!" I replied, I do want pretzel crust, I just want the pizza sauce instead of the cheese sauce. She then audibly groaned and rolled her eyes, ripped her gloves off to throw them away and then walked to the back without another word. I was extremely taken aback at her rudeness and didn't think that what I asked for deserved that response, especially considering that 1. when I had ordered she didn't give me the option of pizza sauce, 2. I ran in as soon as I noticed which was very shortly after ordering, and 3. there was nobody around anywhere or a bell so that I could get someone's attention and deliver the information faster. I had my boyfriend go back in for the pizza because I wasn't comfortable interacting with her anymore and when he came back with it, it was not a pretzel crust, just a regular pizza. It looked delicious, but it was wrong, even after specifically requesting it and making comment about it three times between ordering and then. I didn't want to deal with it and I felt as though if we tried to take it back to say anything the situation would've gotten much worse, so we just left with what we had. I post this review to let others know how terrible the customer service was for day shift (we've always ordered and night and never had any issues), but also to let yall know that Lashawn isn't concerned about the customer or getting the order correct, she didn't clarify anything and just angrily went with whatever she believed I wanted, and it made the experience awful and very uncomfortable. My partner and I will not be returning to...

Read moreI went here a few hours ago to pick up 4 "Hot N Ready" pizzas for my family as a surprise. When I walked in there was a short girl with a blond pony tail chatting and making a pizza off to the right. She watched me and my daughter come in and continued to make a pizza. There was no one else at this location waiting in line or otherwise so I should have been in and out. Instead she made me stand there looking stupid and continued what she was doing. Not even a hello welcome to Little Ceasers, Or an I will be with you in a minute...just straight up ignored me standing there. Eventually a younger guy black hair came up front chewing on what looked like a bread stick. When he saw us he turned to the blond girl and told her she had customers. I said clearly, she is aware we are standing here as she watched us walk in. She put down her sauce spoon like she was going to come up front, but the second the boys back turned she picked up her spoon and continued to make pizzas. He looks back at her and says, Really? You suck. Then comes to register and takes our order. I pay my money and wait for a receipt which NEVER prints out. He tells me have a good day so I just leave. No telling if my order was even rung up or not. As I turn to leave I see the two of them smiling and giggling with each other. When I got home, which LITERALLY HOME is 2 minutes from here the pizza was dried out, hard to chew and very very obviously OLD and had to have been sitting there for hours. Not a good first experience for me at...
