If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza at 5:30 pm. My husband went to go pick it up and they told him it wasn't done because they didn't have one of the toppings (not that they had bothered to call back and let us know) they redo the order and supposedly make the pizza. My husband pays and 40 minutes later (no joke) they bring out the pizza and open it. It's a cheese pizza (no toppings we ordered). My husband asks for a refund. They push a few buttons on the keyboard and tell him it's done. He asks for a receipt and they tell him they don't print receipts for refunds. He again asks for a receipt and the guy at the counter says that he needs to get to the customers behind my husband. The kid starts talking over my husband to the customers behind him. After he finishes with the line he disappears to the back and supposedly calls the regional manager. The employee comes back up front and said the RM says there is no way to print one. My husband asks for the RM's name and contact info as well as the employee's name. When he asks the employee's title he throws his hands up and says, "I don't know what you want from me sir, human?" Really? We have left a voicemail to the supposed RM's phone number. But this is ridiculous. When my husband left pizza hut the other customers, who had already paid, were standing around waiting because they couldn't make the ovens work. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! #pizzahut I expect this situation to be rectified and this store to be cleaned out. Obviously by the other one stars, it's not going so...

On 08/02/18 I ordered a pizza online at 9:53pm. At approx 10:30pm the wrong order showed up at my house and the driver told me he would be right back with my order.(The store is located 1.5 miles from my house) At 10:44 I called the store and spoke with the manager and was told they would recook my order and send it right out. At 11:30 I called the store to let the manager know that nothing had arrived. I was told that they recooked the order and sent it right out just after the call I made at 10:44. She also told me that the order would not be charged to my card and had been zeroed out. At 11:45 a different driver showed up with a cold pizza and a "FREE" 20oz pepsi and NO RECEIPT. WOW!! 08/03 , 08/04 , 08/05 , and 08/06 the charge was pending on my account. On 08/07 the charge went thru and I paid for the pizza. Half of it went in the garbage, my Grand kids and the dogs ate the rest. 08/07 I called Pizza Hut customer service and was told that the charge of 21.72 would be reversed. That is strange because the charge was for 14.70. I do not see any positive outcome to this scenario so I will let it go with a warning to others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. My chihuahua MM says thanks...

10/18/25 - Edgar, Daniel, Chelsea are wonderful. Clean environment, professional and hospitable staff. Love them . Stefan does a wonderful job

Please allow this notification to serve as a formal advisememt of the increased level of quality the noted location has achieved under manager Stephan Gayle. I've resided in this area o er 10 years and have witnessed the level of service decrease. Since Mr. Gayle's arrival, which has been short lived, I've not only witness an improvement of overall customer service but employee moral and the health department score increase from where in hovered in the 80's to a now 99. This manager deserves far beyond a mere congratulations email, paper certificate or pat on the back. Mr. Gayle is deservant of a generous bonus and corporate management consideration. I'd like this notification to be escalated to the highest regard to ensure Mr. Gayle's efforts and dedication does go unnoticed and tangibly awarded. Thank you in advance for your consideration and I sincerely appreciate this valuable investment in my community. If there was no pork products, this would be a perfect location...

I ordered online a 10 tastemaker with pepperoni (extra) and sausage. When I was prompted that it was ready I went to the store. I pulled around to the window and no one was there for 5 minutes so as I drove off I see the crew coming all from behind so I come around. I come back to the window pay for my food and this is what I get. NOT EVEN CLOSE. it’s burnt and only half of it has the second toppings which was jalapeños. But that’s not the worst part. When I come back nobody was there because they was outside just relaxing!!! People just in line waiting to be served and they outside. I even tried to call and nobody and I mean NOBODY PICKED UP. I don’t know the employees that worked today (April 30 2022) but they all need to be fired.

It is ok. Pizza Hut is now charging for crushed pepper and grated cheese. Update 20 Feb 2025 - This location customer service has gone downhill fast. I placed an order at 6:19PM. It said the order will be ready at 6:39PM. I waited until 6:42PM to come in. I was told it will be another 10 minutes. Well, it was not ready until 7PM. The order was wrong. I ordered garlic bread stick and I got something. See the picture. I saw another pissed off customer who also waited for 45 minutes. And his order was not ready either. They told him to cancel the order. Update April 10 2025 - This place is totally suck. 3 times in a row that the order took more than 40 minutes. This is it. No come back. The owner doesn't give a damn either.
