Subway — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

I'm leaving NO STARS!!!!...I go to this location QUITE OFTEN!!, the owner is sweet and always makes the sandwiches the way we like them..oh I use coupons on selected subs I get it I can't get a premium sub for 6.50..anyway today I go in with my coupon explain that A. I have a coupon & 2. I know there are certain subs that I can get with it I'm then asked if used the coupon before, I said no I get them in the mail all the time...then the other employee rings it up(no sandwich made yet) and asks me to pay!!!😡 I said WHAT?...NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO THIS TO ME AND NOT TODAY!! The 1st lady proceeds to make my food using little to no veggies, a gentleman comes in line and they gladly started his order not asking him to pay 1st so I ask Aren't you gonna ask him to pay before you make his sandwich the lady looked dumbfounded. I swear the owner WILL know how I was disrespected I have NEVER had to pay for a subway sandwich before it was...

H O R R I B L E ! Management needs to look into this location ! They did not have flat bread nor other flavored wraps. The veggies looked old . Lady had a bad attitude. Was charged extra for 1 slice of cheese. At checkout my husband ordered a combo plus other snack. I asked for a water cup & she denied me the cup because she stated people have been stealing drinks so is already accusing me of stealing . From the beginning service was horrible & then you deny a cup of water ?!! I’ve always ordered from subway & for some reason this location has its own rules . For such a huge corporate food company to have such employees or management feel that they can treat customers like this is just plain disrespectful. This left the most nastiest taste in my mouth . One Saturday I went to buy a sub at this Subway and the first thing I noticed was the employees there did not have a good hygiene. One lady "Short chubby African American," came straight to me after she cleaned the counter top without washing her hands and start taking my order. Secondly, she's on her Bluetooth phone talking to somebody while she was taking my order and she kept telling me that she couldn't hear me because I was wearing a mask while i'm talking to her.
