What a lovely place, super cozy, great atmosphere, great customer service 10/10. Now on to the food, I was excited 😊 to try because a colleague of my recommended it to me and once I researched it I found it to be black owned ✔ and the food looked delicious from the pics that I saw 👀. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by a beautiful woman who had amazing 👏🏾 customer service from the time we entered until the time we left. We ordered and our food came out (I do want to disclose that there will be a wait if you don't order ahead) We waited approximately 30+ minutes for our food and we decided to eat in. The food left a lot to be desired, the ribs were okay needed more seasoning and wasn't that meaty or tender, the Mac and cheese was a miss (bland and dry), the greens were a miss as well for me (stewed with tomatoes and no seasoning what so ever) I've never had collard greens with stewed tomatoes. My son loved 😍 💙 his pulled pork sandwich and fries. The red kool-aid 😍 and strawberry 🍓 😋 lemonade were absolutely delicious. My mom had the ribs and some sides and she didn't care for the food that much. My rating is purely on aesthetics. The place is beautiful it makes me want to go there for happy hour or something and I don't even drink however, the prices were extremely outrageous for what they offer and my biggest concern was that I didn't smell any food cooking. Is very pleasant especially when you go in a public place you can't control the odors of others but you don't want the smell to overtake the restaurant to where you can't smell the food. And lady was very nice and pleasant but I feel that $15 is a big stretch for a pulled pork sandwich or $18 for three wings chicken wings and that is not turkey just saying. I don't even want, nor expect, three turkey wings for $18 but I certainly would want more than three chicken whole wings meal or no meal for that price. Smh . So as stated the place is beautiful I can't tell you what the food taste like because I didn't even want to afford it however I would not hesitate to take friends from out of town there so that they can have their own experience but I personally need more then aesthetics to encourage me to pay my money. Just saying. Also I would like to say I like that it's in my neck of the woods I just hope that they can get some kind of balance...

I can't say enough about this restaurant! The only issue with them not having a line out the door is their location. But once people find this jewel they will be packed non-stop. The food is AMAZING!!! The portions are huge, I couldn't stop eating! The Turkey Leg was huge and so delicious we didn't even use the sauce that came on the side, it was smoky & fall off the bone tender, with an excellent dry rub. The sides come out in separate bowls, so they're perfect to pass around. This was the best cabbage, cooked just right with just a hint of vinegar. I stole the potato salad from my girlfriend 😋, I loved the sweet relish flavor. And the Spicy Slaw was definitely a treat. Absolutely nothing needed salt or pepper as everything was perfectly seasoned. Even the other customers were friendly & social. The waitress was so proud of the food they served & was so happy with how much we were enjoying our meals. If this place was in Atlanta, Roswell, or Alpharetta it would be the talk...
