Kroger — Local services in Lawrenceville

Things just aren't organized in this store .. the Krogers in Denton Texas is a much better experience... they have so many people working at this store and there's never any help very disappointing I asked to speak with a manager then the manager said she was a manager let her call another manager ... I do appreciate the front manager for listening to me But please fix this problem... I should not have to walk around your store looking for things place your product where they go people ... and please stop putting people that don't speak English on the floor 🗣how can they help the customer if they don't speak English this is AMERICA... I LOVE KROGERS but not these GA locations there not organized........

UPDATED.... Krogers Is much better organized... there was people there to help all the workers where very friendly the txs stores has better lighting but I give them A on a nice clean organized family friendly store to shop at... and omg try there cakes them girls can bake it was sooooo good 🗣I shared with the baker my favorites and she showed me which cake to get omg I want another one

Update...2024 Don't go to this store at night time ... a young black lady walked passed me with a big Kroger sign across her I said excuse me can u help me please more then 3 times she continued to walk another employee did help me an older white lady and im very grateful for her however I just wanted trash bags the police had the road blocked for voting(which they moved as quickly as they could) so I waited 30 mins just to be able to finally get to the store to be disrespected ... the manager says she was on her lunch break and that's why she did what she did ... so im guessing it would hurt her to say let me get u help im on lunch 👀🗣don't go to work to make money if u don't want to do the job it's simple math God Bless...

Well somebody was feeling bossy today she's was rude then sweet like a sour candy lol I just wanted to buy my cokes and was told customer service is not the place for that and it will be the last time she help me🤣🤣that's fine ... the. This Kroger is near my house and would be convenient to shop in. HOWEVER; several times now I have walked into this store and the produce department was horrible! Yesterday I walked in I was hit by an overwhelming smell of urine and cigarettes. No one else was nearby, so I couldn't say that it was a customer with bad hygiene. The produce was in poor quality, complete disarray with items like lettuce and bags of onions on the floor. My 10 year old was walking around picking up produce and putting it back on the shelves. The floor was dirty, the entire produce department was just plain disgusting. I couldn't find one pack of mushrooms that wasn't rotten. Needless to say I didn't buy anything. The meat department doesn't have good quality meats. The selection is poor. They repeatedly have the 1lbs, Laura Lynn grass fed beef marked as 5.99, but it always rings up as 6.99 on the register. I have brought this to their attention twice and no one ever changes the sign. Other than the gross produce department, and the poor meat department, the customer service here is sub par. The cashiers rarely greet you with a smile, as a matter of fact, you have to greet them and smile first and many times even then you will get completely ignored. They make you feel like you're wasting their time by making them service you at the check out. It's really uncomfortable checking out here because all cashiers look like they are completely miserable doing their job and they hate being there. On the rare occasion that someone is laughing, it's usually employees talking about their personal business/problems to other employees, acting as if the customer does not exist. If I go here I prefer self checkout. I use recyclable bags or a crate for my groceries, when I tell the cashier to skip the plastic bags they act like you gave them an impossible task. I had one casheir tell me to "better hold on to my receipt so they don't think I stole something". What happened to this store? Did they get new management that just doesn't care about anything? Do they lack employees? I don't know, but it used to be a decent place to shop and now it's a complete dump. I drive to the Kroger in Grayson, which is farther away, but is totally worth it. The store is the polar opposite...

If Negative ZERO was an option ...this would be Kroger at Grayson Hwy at Lawrenceville Ga.. After shopping for a customer here and wasting my time shopping..my cashier SABAA was not paying attention and cashed out and completed an online order before everything was paid for, Which caused canceling of the batch to both customers because we are not supposed to complete the order and cannot complete the order without barcode scanned. All she could do was give a sorry apology and send me to customer service desk where the play play UNPROFESSIONALISM manager ISIAH only made it worse...because of how they messed up in scanning an online order, the delivery service couldn't be paid for, completed, or delivered. While trying to help me he was rude and unprofessional to me, as well as another customer by blatantly speaking on how he's tired of all these customers...why are they bothering him when he should be on break. I offered my opinion on how unprofessional his staff and himself were...he didn't even care...just took up for his slow employees and shrugges his shoulders. After attempted delivery service was destroyed. I took names and numbers to report them to corporate and left a cart full of groceries..by no choice of mine...Only ppl that were mistreated and inconveniencd was the business delivery svc ..myself for picking up a batch here..and the customers who wanted a grocery delivery..WE ALL chose the WRONG BUSINESS TO TRY AND DO BUSINESS WITH...DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR LOCAL KROGER...SHOPPERS WHO DELIVER..STAY AWAY...if he speak out loud about customers bothering and aggravating him..I wonder what he speaks about us in his head with that fake phony work smile and bad customer service....DO Better...Diane and Randy of Mngmt on what employees you choose to represent you and your location..Your Store Kroger 352 is a...
