A couple of weeks ago my wife and I popped in to see what Beijing was about and we were not disappointed! Immediately, upon entering the restaurant we were hit with good vibes. The signature wall sent us the message that whoever owns the place is down to earth and for the people. The hostess, Brittany, greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and showed us to our seats. The atmosphere inside the dining area was very clean, quaint, and peaceful. My wife and I greatly enjoyed the Eastern decor and symbols from around the globe.
After being seated, Brittany recommended we try some "Lucky Buddha" Chineese beer and it was both flavorful and potent, good stuff! For dinner I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and my wife had the Beef and Broccoli with an Egg Roll. As we awaited the arrival of our food, we shared some friendly conversation with our hostess and she made us feel genuinely appreciated. Just after we wrapped up talking, wifey and I recieved a pleasant surprise when a robot waiter arrived with our grub. This particular part of the service took us back to our visit to Japan and left us smiling from ear to ear.
The food was outstanding! Wifey enjoyed the cut of her beef and texture of her broccli was perfect. The ramen I requested was flavorful and just the right amount of spicy. I especially liked the lean cuts of pork and the noodles were cooked to perfection, not too hard and not overdone. The only criticism I could come up with was my eggs were fully hard boiled. I like the yolks a little more poached and runny, but in the end I savored every little bit of my bowl. We recieved another surprise when the friendly, robot waiter brought us out a complementary dessert, a delectable raspberry cream cake.
Overall, I would highly recommend dining at Beijing. It cost us about $30/ea. to eat. Some may find that a little pricey but the cost is well worth the ambiance, service, and quality of the food. Today marked our third visit, so maybe we qualify as regulars now!? We love the fact that the restaurant is so homey & practically in our back yard. I'm sure that there's something to love for everyone that takes the time to visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
In the middle of nowhere, Oklahoma, where the cows outnumber the people, I stumbled upon the culinary gem of the century: Techno-Taste Chinese Delight aka Beijing. With a craving for some good ol' sesame chicken and a dragon sushi roll, I was prepared for a typical dining experience. Little did I know, I was about to enter the future. Upon arrival, I was greeted not by a friendly waiter, but by R2-D2's long-lost cousin Bella the Robot! Yes, folks, a robot! I half-expected it to ask me to "take it to my leader" instead of taking my order.
This shiny server zoomed to our table with the efficiency of a seasoned maître d', chirping pleasantly (I assume it was pleasant; I don’t speak robot).
The sesame chicken was crispy perfection, and the dragon sushi roll was as fiery as its name. But the real star of the show was our metallic maître d’. Watching it navigate the dining room was like seeing a Roomba with a culinary degree. It even avoided a toddler with ninja-like reflexes!
So, if you're ever lost in Oklahoma, near Lawton (Ft Sill for you Army folks) and need a bite, skip the drive-thru and head straight to Techno-Taste aka Beining. It's not just a meal; it's an adventure. Plus, where else can you tip a robot?
P.S. - I’m still waiting for it to say, “I’ll...
