Mattress King Lawton - North — Hotel in Lawton

I completed an online order and I even checked the wrong box on an item. Within about 20 minutes Justin at MKing noticed it and called to fix my order. We then confirmed a delivery time for 2 or 3 days later but I was offered the very next day. When it was delivered the men could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This bed was a huge change for me and at first I thought I made a mistake, probably bc I was so used to sleeping on a bad mattress, but after 2 nights of incredible sleep I am so happy I purchased this new bed. I originally looked at other furniture stores but found the same choices at Mattress King, but MK has the perfect balance of letting you choose your mattress and then getting great customer service. So glad I found them! Justin earned my loyalty and I will never go anywhere else...

Justin, Matt and the guys went above and beyond. We had a long move and we’re not sure about exact dates, but they reassured us they would deliver it as soon as we arrived in town. The whole process was simple, and they didn’t use any of the high pressure tactics that are common in the industry. Not only did they answer all the questions we had (some outside of normal business hours) they gave sound advice and delivered on their promise of a on time delivery. Delivery was simple, and the guys were super friendly and asked for our input on all of the important things. Overall, I can’t express how satisfied we are with our purchases and as far as I’m concerned, they’ve got my business for anything else we might need. Alan was our salesman. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, he wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. He knew his products very well and answered all our questions. We didn't purchase the mattress that first day, we wanted to go home and think about it. Alan gave us the time we needed without pressuring us in any way at all. The next day we called him to tell him what we wanted and made the sale happen and delivery was set up for that same day. The mattress is comfortable and we are happy with our purchase.
