" Incompetent & Inconvenience delivery and manger phone customer service" ...So i placed and an online order to my residence Ive had pizzas delivered to from cache rd location since they opened. I ve never had this horrible of aM experience. My address number and name are correct on my conformation email sent at 8:35pm. For some reason they always take an hr to hr n hlf to make it to make and deliver of a $27 order to nw 46th st so i expect the wait. 11:08pm rolls around. STILL no pizza so I make a phone call and get the manager Sandra Baker who preceded to tell me her driver just brought my order back 20 mins ago. Said No one was home and you didn't answer the phone. Im sitting on my living rooms couch with the porch light on looking facing my clear screen door WITH MY PHONE IN MY HAND. NO ONE EVER SHOWED! I asked "what van you do to fix this after her spending 8 minutes telling me her driver said N.Y. one was home so what was i supposed to do but cancel the order? I said ok if you can't discount the order for HIS f#&! UP I want him written up for blatantly telling a lie. My whole family was home with porch light on waiting on dinner sorry the clear screen for open. He dodnt call or show and brought u back a pizza claiming nones here? Id day that call for at least a write up. In sorry i can't help you maam, sandra name respond. I said ok give me your name & she did. I sod now i want the name of the driver Thad lied and ruined my family's dinner. She hesitated 2times saying she was looking for it but had pteviously said she was looking at the drivers name as convent of no one home on her cancel screen😔 i was finally given Dewight Trana after stalling. I know i can get the nimble for complaints online but as a manger she should KNOW THE COMPLAINT# OR HAVE IT IN HER OFFICE ECT. I WAS POT ON HOLD 4MINUTES TO ONLY BE TOLD SHE DOESN'T HAVE ONE. I DIDN'T EXPECT FREE FOOD I WANTED THE DRIVER THAT LIED ABOUT CALLING THE NUMBER AND SHOWING UP TO AN EMPTY HOUSE SHE THAT DOUBLE CHECKED OUT AS BOTH CORRECT. HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONE WITH THEM AFTER YEARS OF LOYALTY. I'LL FILLING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE AND GOING IN PERSON TO COMPLAIN TO GENERAL MANAGER TASHA STERLING IN...
Read moreI had the worst experience here. I even reached out and asked to be contacted no contact made so guessing the owner doesn’t care either. I ordered several pizzas one was a garden fresh no tomatoes add spinach. It got delivered the only thing on the garden fresh was 5 pieces of spinach and cheese. I tried calling no one answered so I drove to the store. Talked to the manager she said you got what you ordered what do you want from me. I said this isn’t what I ordered and repeated what I ordered. She said that’s not what you asked for you said a spinach and tomato pizza. Another worker said no the sticker on the box says garden fresh no tomato add spinach. Then the manager looked at me said well looks like you get what you want tonight a new pizza for nothing. Then I was told go park and wait for it. Then after 30 minutes another worker came out and said I’m so sorry but the manager just gave your pizza to the person that was parked next to you. I’m trying to make you a new pizza but the manager is mad. I will not be back since it’s obvious even the owner doesn’t care. I watched the manger screaming at the employees calling them idiots and saying this is why you so stupid you can even make a pizza right and throwing stuff. I have been a long time customer of papa...

As usual, my wife and I bickered over where to order from (she likes Papa John's, I think just about anywhere else is better) before settling on Papa John's. Now I don't really like Papa John's Pizza; but this review is not biased it is fair. We ordered 2 pizzas, regular crust, and a 2 liter (see photo). The cheese pizza was cut into pieces worse off than my 2 year old could have done with a butter knife. The second pizza was not only thin crust, which is not what I ordered, but it was also not cut AT ALL. Not even an attempt. Which worked out great seeing as my pizza cutter is in some box somewhere in the kitchen. After struggling to cut slices out of it with a lame butter knife, I ate it. And now, as I type this, I'm paying for it. The wife and I both have had...let's say "unnatural" bowel movements since eating it. Glad I paid attention to the less than 3 star review average before ordering...get fat Boyz pizza or dominoes, both are far better and have not messed up any of my orders since I've been here (a few months...
