Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in League City

I've ordered from doordash multiple times and my order is wrong every single time I think the last time my order was right was the very first time I ordered after that it's been ridiculously disappointing...I just ordered again off doordash i order the same thing every single time! And it's still wrong I don't think they can read or there just incompetent I ordered a chorizo egg taco with bacon strips and I get bacon and egg I get 3 tacos 1 with chorizo potatoes 1 with chorizo and egg and 1 qtaco and I got 2 bacon and egg like how do u get that mixed up I love these tacos but the employees are seriously dumb or something now ima have to find a different taco place and it's sad cuz I really love these tacos or they short me a taco or forget my red sauce you can't have tacos without red sauce man like come on Also!! To top it off you can't even call to make sure they do make your order right which I shouldn't even have to do!!!I've tried calling the number on their website and it has a busy dial tone every single time they can't even be reached!! I don't know how they can have 4 to 5 people working, yet somehow they are out of tortillas, which tend to be pretty important for a taco shop, or out of the bacon/eggs almost every time I've gone there. There seems to be 1 or 2 people working up front and more than that in the back and there will be a line of people just waiting to order. The store manager will talk down to the food workers about how they should have everything done but if she is the manager, it seems to me that she should be managing and not let it get to that point. If the manager had managed better, she wouldn't have to yell at them in front of a store full of customers, but she always seems to be too busy walking around and not helping until it's too late. She was bragging about how the store would ve on the news 2 weeks ago and when someone asked why, she said she isn't supposed to say anything.... then why is she yelling it to a store full of people??? Unfortunatetly this was my first & my last time here. The food looked old and there refried beans were all crusty so was the rice, To top it off the the service was not friendly. There was an older gentleman ahead of me, asking the server questions she really looked annoyed with him and wasn’t very kind. She than walked over to the registers and stood there, while myself and another individual was in line she didn’t offer to help us. A woman walked in the building and asked me “have you been helped” I told her “no.” Than another woman rushed over to the serving line and I made an order. Than I go to pay for the meal, the cashiers are talking about personal things as in Dr.Appts etc. This establishment was messy and very unprofessional. I wasn’t going to make the purchase but it was too late. It was in the moment and I had stood there for too long already. Wasted my lunch break….
