No bueno. Lots of confusion on how to order a burrito with fillings other than cheese and beans. The woman Who took my order suggested that I ordered the fajita wrap and add the items that I wanted. This was after telling me that they are not Taco Bell and that they’re not TexMex like that when I asked if it was possible to add sour cream to a burrito. I ordered the fajita wrap and I added cheese, sour cream, cilantro. Which cost approximately $.89 per topping. When I arrived home, none of the items that I paid for were even on the burrito. Also, the fajita wrap comes with mix greens so if you like slimy lettuce, you’ll like this item. I also did not get the condiments that came with the quesadilla. I called and spoke with the woman who helped me place the order and she told me to call back the next day to talk to manager because they were getting ready to close the next day to remake the order or refund for the item. They only wanted to remake the fajita wrap which was fine because the fajita beef was gross anyways and I really did not want another quesadilla. I was kind of over it at that point. I wish I had just gotten the refund. We decided to give it another go and have them remake the fajita wrap, hoping that the meat would taste better since we did order it before close last night. I was thinking it would taste fresh and not like it had sat in a bucket of meat juice all day. It did not. Plus they still forgot the sour cream. I don’t have an energy to call back and complain. The tortillas might be handmade chips are trash and likely store-bought. And the guacamole is avocado with garlic. I look forward to the sizzling fajita plate in my near future when Chilis finally opens because that’s Probably closer to delicious TexMex than this place was. Out of 10 Would not recommend. oh by the way, I spent $60 on a quesadilla, a burrito, chips,...
Read moreCame to get a take out after traveling for a few days ,moved to area saw this place online pictures of food looked beautiful. Spent over $30 on two meals. Portions of rice beans had to been about 2oz weight/volume didnt even fill slots. Rice is about .55cnt a lb makeing it about.3cnt a oz. So average about 15cnt for 2oz of rice with labor and seasoning water etc.. Beans same average about.4cnt and oz and same goes for labor seasong etc. Enchiladas had more sauce than cheese or fillling. Before i ordered saw a gentlemen eating ay bar had a full plate with what looked ti be same sides as i ordered so ya i was like hell ya looks big a filling. Nope not the case got home and quarter of the size in pictures and what i saw in person. The togo container cost more than the cost of menu item at your cost. Whole plate probaly cost about $2.59 at price point. Why is it that when customers get carry out companys always feel they have to short us or over price for amount we get but if we dine in it comes out great full plates. Enough to take home. Im just tired of this happening to everyone that has take out because im pretty sure this is a set practice for take out. If both meals where half empty and for the price point. The bartender was the best part of getting take out he even brought it out to me i wish i would have done more for him because he was the highlight of this experience. I say all this because me being an Exec Chef i wouldnt do this to my customers knowing the price point labor and foodcost. I dont ever do this because i usualy cook at home but moveing here for last 3 days from Northern states it really ruined my dinner and hopes for this establishment after...
Read moreWe ordered, even after our food was taken by an Uber Eats Driver, worth $90 worth of food! Seems like the verification process is none! How did they not make them approve the pick up and leave with my food?! On that day, I called, and an Employee by the name of Crystal, (which might not of even been her name) stated she gave the food to a Driver. I asked her if she could help me, and all she said was, “I’m sorry, there is nothing I can do?!” As someone who has worked in Customer Service all my life, that’s actually the worst thing she could have said to a Customer! Today, we ordered again, just to give the benefit of the doubt, and the Fajita’s barely came with ANY beef. (I truly wish I could attach an image to show you!) Who pays $17 for a plate of Fajita that is so small proportioned?! You are better off going to Conejo’s TexMex across the way on 183. They give better quantity & quality. I can’t believe I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, EVEN AFTER being taken advantage of my Families order, of almost $100 worth of food! Shame on me! Shrimp Cocktail did not taste fresh at all, matter of fact it tastes like the Cocktail sauce was going bad, the shrimp tacos did not look seasoned & the Flauta Plate had no flavor; the chicken had no salt, or even seasonings at all! I was so excited for Casa Garcia’s to open in Leander/Georgetown, because I have been a fan prior to this location, but at this point, I would NOT recommend! Take your Business elsewhere, not...
