Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Leander

Hello! Our family have loved the Jersey Mike products for years now. Tonight might have been the worst customer service I’ve received from the front line sandwich maker at your Leander location.

I stood there listening to his conversation with his coworker (making cookie pkg) about “betting and losing at Basketball lottery” instead of telling the customer “hi, I’ll be right with you”. After making the customers two sandwiches in front of me, he started on the online sandwiches, which was ok. After that, he asked me what I would like made. I proceeded to tell him (2 reg sandwiches), one white and one on Parmesan. He tells me, sorry we only have white as I was looking behind him at two large and a reg sized parmesan bread and said what about those? His answer was “those are for online orders that were already paid for”. So, we moved on and I took the white bread. A few minutes later after he made the two sandwiches, he put two online tickets on the counter and I asked him, are those the online orders you spoke of? He answered, yes they are. I could see that both said white bread and told him. Then he said annoyed “you misunderstood what I said, they are reserved for online future orders”.

I left it alone at that point and thought to myself, this is the worst customer service. I’m a paying customer at the store, ready to pay for the inventory in stock. Why wouldn’t the customer service be to serve the customer right in front of you?? The Parmesan bread was gonna be ready in 10min and ready for the “online future orders”!! Normally, I am very satisfied with this location. We always order online, and we did this on Friday, February 23, 2024 as well. Our order was expected to be ready by 6:46 pm, I arrived at 6:50 along with a sports team from a local tournament. I was told that "We are still working on your order", so I sat down and waited. After 12 of these athletes ordered at the counter and received their food, I checked on my order again. I was again told that "we are still working on your order." After they completed another 10 sandwiches for the children ordering at the counter, I finally received my food. As previously mentioned, we have been very happy with this location and the food is always great, I just felt really slighted...

So jersey mikes😢 I love a BLT the first few times I went y’all really loaded that bacon and I was so impressed by that handful you all would throw on there but these past two times already Iv gone and I get like just literally a few strips so I decided to order online this time I Basically Got Crumbs!
