I have been here 3 times. I’m a local and not a tourist. The customer service here is horrible to the point other locals warn you not to go. I went with a friend a few months ago and I ordered a plate. The waitress has a hand held computer ordering machine . My buddy said he wanted the same meal . I had ordered sour cream and I asked him if he wanted Guacamole instead. The waitress interrupted me and said, “too late I already put the order in”. We thought she was joking, but then she walked away. Tonight my wife and I tried it again. When we walked in, the three hosts/waitresses pointed to a corner table and said we could sit there. They were not busy and the three sat talking to each other for 15 minutes and laughing. A bus boy brought us water and chips. I sat and watched these three for 15 minutes. A young male waiter was running around servicing his tables, but it was obvious he wasn’t in charge of ours. After 15 minutes or more nobody asked for our drink order of checked on us. Read moreLaguna Grill by Marcela’s is a fantastic addition to the lake dining scene. This is the family’s second restaurant, following the long-standing local favorite, Marcela’s in downtown Chelan. Their new location in downtown Manson brings something special to the table with elevated dishes and family recipes that go far beyond typical Americanized Mexican fare. We have always been very pleased with the service.
Some of our favorites include the Camarones a la Margarita Shrimp, Camarones Chipotle y Carne, Tacos de Chorizo Fundido, and the Laguna Caesar. Every dish we’ve tried has been packed with flavor and beautifully presented. You really can’t go wrong here.
Pro tip: you can commute by boat and park at the Manson Bay public day dock. From there, it’s a short walk up to Laguna Grill and other great spots in downtown Manson.

Read moreWe love Marcella’s in Chelan and are so happy they opened another restaurant in Manson. While the menu’s are similar with many of our favorites it’s nice to experience new inventive flavors combined with our favorites.
Service is excellent, what you would expect with a family owned business where you feel welcomed when you walk in.
Our appetizers and entrees were very generous in size, with unlimited chips and salsa. Their cocktail list extensive, highly recommend their margaritas.
Our new favorites was the Birria, so tender with lots of flavor, … of course old reliable Carne Asada and Chicken Fajitas. We also enjoyed their Shrimp Taquitos and Shrimp/Carne Asada combo.
Highly recommend Laguna Grill for their home cooked meals which is excellent value for their portions without sacrificing quality...
