Where to begin …….my wife and I have eaten here many times over the years as we live on 109 and appreciate the convenience. In the past food has always been good as well as service. This is how our night went tonight, ordered two orders of potato skins ( one with bbq or pulled pork on the top and one with cheese and bacon. After a short while our appetizers were delivered , but only the pulled pork skins. I brought it to our servers attention and she said she will get a new order going. At this time we also gave our entree orders. Another few minutes go by and she brings out another order of pulled pork skins. I told those were not the right ones and she agreed and said she would get it corrected. No harm , still having an enjoyable evening with my wife. Servers coming at our the corner with the corner with the correct skins …….not so fast once again the wrong ones. after many apologies she heads off to the kitchen and in a few minutes she has our sandwich’s. No way they could mess this up ………..not so fast my friends. I ordered onion rings with my sandwich and guess what I got…..fries( you can’t make this up) Back to the kitchen she goes to rescue my lost onion rings. I almost forgot that my potato skins finally came out correct!!!!!!! Finally heading in the right direction now. After we had a few bites and realized we would need to go boxes and asked for the check. I went to the restroom and came back to the table and the check was presented. My wife was just about to pay it , when I asked to see the check. We had four orders of skinss and some chips and queso on our ticket. This is not counting the two orders of skins and two sandwiches we were supposed to be charged for. Do better Coaches this is an absolute cluster and not one time with all this going on did a manager or owner stop by our table to see if...

Response to owner: Yes, I am sure we have the right place (I've attached a picture of our receipt for reference). We went last night and left a review, so yes, if you look in right now it would look different. We were told by your server that we had to call ahead to reserve the table. We were then told we had to pay to reserve it right then.

We were so excited to try this place. We thought it would be the perfect halfway meeting point to visit with some friends, eat good food, and play some pool. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a bar. The server was incredibly rude from the time we walked in to the time we left. We noticed some of the other people there were being rude to our server, so we thought she may have just been having a bad night. We made sure we were extremely nice to her (like we always are to servers), and she acted like she could care less about us. We later saw her laughing and joking around with the same people we thought were giving her problems. In addition to this, we asked several times how to use one of the pool tables, and kept getting different answers. When we finally figured out how to reserve one, we paid to do so. When it was our turn, we were informed that only one of us could play (even though we had paid to reserve it). They allow their regulars to sit in the pool room the entire night and force others to pay to reserve the table, and only actually get it if you beat the person who is there. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first time we went there the bartender totally ignored us I guess because we were sitting at a table. We finally got a waitress. This last time we went in for a quick bite to eat. We sat at the table nobody acknowledge us again. Finally the waitress came over which happened to be someone we thought was a patron because she was on her phone smoking sitting at a table. She took our order went back to her table and back to her phone. She hadn't brought our drinks. We had to get her attention again to get the drinks. Our food comes out which was sub par we didnt complain got done in the mean time a guy comes in and sits with her. Again we had to get her attention for our bill. She gets us the bill. She proceeds to go back and sit at her table with her friend and her phone. We waited for approximately 20 minutes for them to take the bill tried to get both the bartenders attention and our waitresses attention. The bartender just turned her head and the waitress continued to be involved with her phone and her male friend at her table. We seriously could have just walked out without paying and nobody would know. The place was NOT busy! I hope the owner reads this because it's a cool place however the customer service stinks!
