Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lebanon

My wife ordered food today and the driver left with the sauces . I called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and just said I'll give you store credit . I told her the guy just left the driveway . He could back up and I could get them right now. Instead she insisted on store credit etc. I told her I'd rather have the sauces. He showed up 10 to 15 minutes later. The driver was really nice and cool . He had alot of respect and apologized about all the sauces etc. . The lady that answered the phone was a jerk and disrespectful . I'm sorry but for her to get so bent out of shape about me asking her to tell the driver backup and I'll meet him halfway down the driveway was crazy . If she is working I'm not ordering there anymore. I never leave comments but several people was at our house and they felt the same and after they heard her on the phone...

Went there this past Friday August 16th called the order in on the phone talk to the guy on the phone the employee repeated the order to me had my wife go pick it up they canceled the order, Numerous other people in there with the same situation they have no sense of urgency or organization skills the manager doesn't know what's going on John people running around in complete chaos stumbling over each other cuz nobody has a purpose or knows what their job that store needs to be completely retrained on what their jobs are and what they should be doing it's Pizza it isn't rocket science or anything everybody has a job and everybody should do it. Then on top of that our pizzas were completely wrong . It was cold and correct not the right cost the pepperoni didn't taste right ended up throwing up at the end...

It was my daughter’s birthday party. I had just moved to town and was just outside of their delivery range literally. I’ve seen them deliver to the neighbor down the street at least twice since moving a month ago. My daughter wanted cheesy bread and their pizza for her party it was a $100 order. I drove to pick it up they told me they were behind at least 20 minutes on top of me being 15 minutes after the estimated pick up time. I had to go back the party that was going to start. I offered them $40 to deliver it 9 minutes from their building and told them it was for a little kids birthday. Seemed like I was annoying her she just said you can cancel it or pick it up. Will never order a thing from here again. Literally just moved into Lebanon guess we will be finding a new Thursday pizza spot...
