Zero stars needs to be an option. Horrible experience today in Albany. Ordered online and have been waiting over an hour!!! Asked once, was told it's not ready. Asked again, was told, I dont see anything for this order and guy walked away. 15 minutes later I asked again to make sure I had ordered from the correct place and was told pizzas were just going in the oven. The tracker said ready in 20 minutes. Then 20 minutes later is read, ready that's when I went inside to inquire, 3 times. If I would of been told from the beginning there was an issue to they hadn't even started it, I would have left and gone else where as I needed to at dinner with food in hand over an hour ago!!! So frustrating! This was at the Albany, OR location. In the Lebanon, Oregon location, I ordered, got the pizza and there was a huge hand print on it. Another time, ( this happened twice) I went to pick it up according to the tracker time, pulled up to the window and they said they had given away my order, to pull up to the front and they would remake it but it had only been 20 minutes per the tracker. Another time, picked up the order and the cheese was only on half of pie. I will no long eat or order from Dominos again. I will let friends and family about the bad service and horrible experience. No one, not even the managers try to make the situation better by apologizing or discounting a pie. This hour and half waiting for the pizzas in the parking lot, I have watched atleast 10 people go in and pick up their order, they walk in and out...

Manager and delivery driver refused to deliver pizza to an accessible house because they were afraid of the oak/airport detour currently happening.
I was supposed to be having fun at my 11th wedding anniversary concert, with my sitter and my 2 kids at my house, my sitter kept telling me she hadn't received the pizza yet. MY SITTER LITERALLY WENT THE DETOUR ROUTE.
The driver absolutely refused to deliver the pizza. If you have a sign that says local access only, that allows you to go. This needs to be taught to all drivers. Inexperienced and rude driver, Manager was not teaching the driver about road closure and the alternative route. They just decided it was undeliverable. My 4 year old melted down for 2 hours because of this.
We ended up calling pizza hut, and they delivered 1 hour after Domino's officially said they refused to deliver. Pizza hut delivered, no problems, no questions, no issues with the detour. PIZZA HUT DELIVERED NOT DOMINOS.
I've already requested a refund and called corporate Domino's to file an official complaint. I truly hope this Manager and delivery driver are reprimanded for their laziness, rude attitude, and outright refusal to deliver pizza to a deliverable address.

Read moreUPDATE - i received a call from dm/gm Kendra who received my message and was concerned about my exerience. She took the time to understand my fustration and immediately took ownership of the situation. She did not blame the store and instead owned the mistake. She was very genuine and helpful. She took no time at righting the wrong and displayed character and class. Thats all i can ask for, mistakes will be made, its how you fix them that makes all the difference. Thank you Kendra, my confidence and trust have been restored and i will defintely be resuming my relationship with dominoes!
Horrible customer experience. Ordered one night and picked up on my way through. Dominoes messed up the pizza order. Told me i had to come back to replace that night or wait two weeks for coupons. I live in sweet home and commute to portland daily. I did not feel like driving back. Ruined family pizza night and they have no urgency to correct their mess up. Doubt i even get the coupons. No trust now. I will switch over to pizza hut or another pizza place that values...
