When my family and I went they were out of some of the freeze flavors and out of chicken. They didnt give us all of our order and messed up on the food we did get. I asked for soft tacos they gave us hard tacos. We asked to add sour cream and we got no sour cream, they didnt put steak on my chalupas. I get they were 30 close to closing but no excuse to drop the ball on service. The lady who took our order wasnt very professional, she kept cutting me off and then ask me to repeat myself stating she couldnt hear me cause three other people were yelling at her. I ask what flavors were available for the freezes and she got snotty with me saying all of them to then tell me the flavor I wanted wasnt available. Has to be one of the worst service I have ever had. I honestly feel they werent out of some of the food items they just didnt want to do it cause they will be closing soon. I truely hope management sees this and takes it seriously. I understand that it is hard to find employees these days and good ones at that. But when you hire a person they are not only representing Taco Bell their also representing their manager and the kind of proper training they are getting to be successful in their job. Last night everyone failed in my opinion, hopefully it gets better, if not then I cannot continue supporting a business like this and will warn others to think twice before going...
Read moreConsistently long lines and wait times. When you do get your food after a half hour+....you want to go home. NOT dig through every item in your bag, to make sure it's made correctly.
Multiple times at this location in the last several months we've ordered $25 worth of food. Waited 30mins+ for that food(most of which was Taco party packs) made 1 request for the entire meal, "Please do the entire thing FRESCO(no dairy)".
I can't tell you how awesome it is to get home after a long day with hungry and tired kids...spend 45mins at Taco Bell waiting for food, finally get that food.....drive home only to realize the only person who can eat is you....and they didn't even get your meal correct. Your entire family can't eat anything you bought, and going back to TB, dealing with employee snark and waiting another 30mins+ is out of the question. You just throw it away and go on with life.
"Check the order at the restaurant you say?"...
Either you made it right or you didn't.
Nobody who went out for fast food wants to wait 45mins to 1hr for $25 worth of fast food. It's Taco Bell not...
Read moreThey had the women's bathroom left without a working lock, with out a sign. They had no way for you to dry your hands. They were nice but the food disgusted us and Taco Bell's reputation. We ordered two chicken grilled stuffed burritos and we were given shredded chicken, and they stacked the condiments, making us only able to eat one thing at a time. A taco is supposed to allow you to eat all of the flavors together, but you took a bite, there was only beans until they were gone, then you got only tomatoes, then you got only sour cream. What is up with this? On top of this, our burritos were cold and soggy, so you could tell they were not very freshly made. And they couldnt even manage to keep the food inside the tortilla, it was if the just took the paper and wrapped the condiments and then decided to throw in a soggy tortilla, and one of our burritos was missing guacamole and cilantro. They either need to reach their staff how to make a correct burrito or they need to get a new manager. Taco Bell is supposed to serve tacos and burritos,...
