Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lebanon

OK folks.....this is informational review. I hope someone from management or even the owner reads this. My wife and I placed an order, eat in with drinks. I ordered the Monster Burger. My wife ordered the Frisco CHICKEN sandwich. However she got the FRISCO BURGER.

Ok hey it happens. So she returned to the counter lady and she of course apoligized. Our receipt said Frisco Chicken.

My wife got her correct order. Frisco Chicken.

NOW HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW . The Frisco Burger left the confines of the kitchen. My wife unwrapped it. She picked up the bun to verify it was a hamburg and not chicken.

THE COUNTER LADY WRAPPED IT BACK UP AND PUT IT BACK IN THE WARMER ALONG SIDE OTHER ORDERS, BURGERS AND WHATELSE WAS THERE.

Now that is not right. I have received the wrong order myself at McDonald's. Last time for me was I order double cheeseburger with no pickles. It came with pickles.

I returned it and they threw it in the trash. Makes sense. I do not want a double cheeseburger that another customer has handled.

This lady puts a customer handled Frisco Burger back in the bin. UP TO YOU. MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENTS ON THIS LOCATION. Just making a report I hope manage...

Grrrrr......so disappointed! We drove 30 miles for breakfast at Hardee’s. We arrived at 10:05am,, clearly in the breakfast menu time. At first we were told they were not serving breakfast by the girl working the counter. Then the manger said that it would be 11 minutes on biscuits. They were busy and clearly turning people away because the wanted breakfast. We waited 20 minutes but did get our breakfast order.... the biscuits were doughy and gross. The girl at the counter was rude as well. While we were attempting to eat the staff was laughing and playing around so loud it was annoying. Worst part was there were dirty tables and no one seemed to care. This is disappointing because I worked for Hardee’s as a manager for years and I know what pride they take in their customer service and food prep. I get you can run out of biscuits but you don’t stop selling breakfast 20 minutes early because someone screwed up. Totally disappointed with...

My husband chose this place today to eat. We literally were there for a little over 30 minutes sitting in the drive through. It was my first time at that location, never will I EVER go back here! When we first ordered, there was 2 cars in front of us, waited almost 15 minutes until we got to the window and paid. Then it took almost 20 minutes, sitting at the window to get his food. He didn't even order a whole meal! Just a cheeseburger! When we left, there were 5 cars behind us. Worst experience ever. Definitely would not recommend this establishment until they get it together. My husband said it's almost always like this. Also would like to add, they charged us $7.68 just for that cheeseburger. It said on the menu, for just that would be a little less than $5. For taking that long, the meat was still pink in the middle. It was like they just made sure it looked cooked on the outside, and middle was still...
