It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Lebanon

It's Just Wings... So I had placed an order with GrubHub and they called and canceled and gave a bogus reason as to why they did so. Crazy part is they said the restaurant didn't get the order. BUT oh I beg to differ. With that being said... I then went to the It's Just Wings website and ordered the same exact order that I did from GrubHub and go to pick the order up myself. Well let's just say that the fries looked and tasted an hour old and so did the boneless wings. The sauce had already started to solidify onto the container. Like the sauce was hard in the container. Did you just read what I said? When I walked into the restaurant, it took 5 minutes for me and the person behind me to be taken care of. Not a good look at all, because the employees were 3 feet away at the bar chatting and laughing. DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT ORDER to go or delivery from this establishment as a whole. As a former chef of the restaurant industry... NOT JUST A COOK... I felt and still feel some way about the service and the food that I received after I had to go out of my own house and not have my food prepared properly. I was utterly disgusted and tossed the entire meal. They couldn't pay me enough to take back what I have...

NO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTIONS. JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE. I cannot eat anything spicy. Period. My husband loves his eyes to water from heat. He ordered the bobby bossheas momma made it HOTT. These had less flavor than bare naked. I ate it fine. I ordered the ranch dry rubbed boneless. Ya know that ranch popcorn flavoring? Go grab some sonic chicken and dust it with ranch flavor popcorn salt. The absolute worst. To think the order total was 71 dollars. I've been less disgusted...

I ordered two boneless meals through door dash. One came with a tiny sauce cup that wasn’t enough for more than half of the wings. The other had a tiny amount of sauce sparsely drizzled on some of the wings. It also had a cup with a different sauce. The sauced wings were very dry and barely had any sauce. The chicken was actually delicious, and so was the small amount of sauce I had. If a normal amount of sauce was provided on wing or side, it would have been a 5...
