I am writing because though I have never had an unpleasant experience at my Dunkin, I have never had one that prompted a pleasant conversation either. I deliver newspapers so I visit my local Dunkin between 2 and 4 am every night, 365 days a year. The coffee has it's ups and downs that I have always accepted as the consequence of being probably the only visitor during that time. The few times it was cold enough to actually go back and complain, I was treated to a hotter and free cup so it was all good. The folks working with me at both the drive up speaker and the window have always been at least polite.The last 3 days or so though we have been met at the speaker by the most cheerful voice ever and the same voice with a smile met us at the window with our coffee! After the second night of the same treatment I had to ask if she was about to go home and she said just a few more hours! After she watched me shake the cup with napkins held on the cover she told me to ask at the speaker and she would stir it for me! I don't know wher she came from, or how long she's been there but I like her! I hope she stays for my sake but moves on and up for hers, it's just that after a lifetime of public service, I know that the only time people take the time to express an opinion is because they are so angry they have to and it certainly isn't because their experience was good! Soooo........ For the record, I have had a wonderful last few days being met at the beginning of my day with a cheerful voice and a smile. I wish I had made the effort to learn her name and tonight I will but for now, thank you cheerful voice...
Read morefirst off, they made my coffee wrong then where they went to fix it they just added espresso. Mix it with a spoon mind you I already drink from it so that’s cross-contamination and they should’ve just in my drink from the beginning instead employee argued with me told me I couldn’t get my money back and told me he made my coffee like I asked him to do he did it because it tasted like milk so then I called the manager because he said he couldn’t do the return so now I have the manager she use the same spoon that he makes my coffee with so it still contaminated and it tasted the same way as his I mean every day, Customer but not at your location it’s on 32 so I’m used to getting my usual and it did not taste like my usual. I believe the espresso should be brewed at the time of my purchase instead brewing it God knows how long ago and putting the incorrect amount of espresso I am not happy with the service today and I’m still not happy with the coffee is still sitting in my fridge tasting like milk I got to say every time I go to your location the service is terrible and the employees have an attitude if they’re not happy there they shouldn’t be...
Read moreWe usually always try our best to avoid this Dunkin if possible. This morning we had no choice and ordered our food, had to repeat our entire order when getting to the window. And they still forgot half of our food causing us to have to wait another 10 minutes in line again to get the rest since they were so backed up we couldn't wait at the window to check. Then we AGAIN had to repeat at the window why we were there and she almost made us pay again. When saying WE ALREADY PAID again at the window, she had the nerve to say we drove off without our food - even though when she handed us our bag the first time we were there she specifically said "all your food should be in there". I've never written a bad review in my life, and always try to be as positive as I can. But I've never had such an infuriating experience before. Avoid this dunkin...
