Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lee

If I could give them zero stars I would. Back in October we walked into this location and were instructed that we had to use the kiosk to order and that no orders were taken over the counter. We ordered at the kiosk as instructed and we ordered munchkins. We were then told there are no more munchkins which we were unaware of. We asked for a refund for the munchkins and the employee went to check with the manager. He came back and stated they can not give us a refund. So we left with no munchkins yet paid for them. The whole time he was chewing on a straw, as he was pouring the coffee he was smashing the tap with the with the handle and he was just very unprofessional. Still trying to work with corporate to get our money back and have been unsuccessful. Will definitely never be back to this location again and will think about going elsewhere for coffee...

We always order on the mobile app and even though the Dunkin’ in Lee is closest to us we find that we get better quality food and service from a location further away in Pittsfield.

I’ve had the Snackin’ Bacon before from other locations and it’s always tasted as decribed.

We got it from the location closest to us and it was an absolute waste of time and money. It was nothing but crumbs, probably the last of what they’d sold for the day. It smelled and tasted like it was old and burned. Indicative of why we’d always avoided this location. It doesn’t help to call the store because no one answers, if you call the 800 number, you’ll be directed back to the store or you won’t be able to understand the person you talk to. We went to the drive thru and my husband ordered our drinks and asked for a pesto tomato grilled cheese. The person taking the order says "we can't do any sandwiches or anything...only bakery and like bagels with cream cheese or wraps" Husband says "not even a bacon egg and cheese?" Person says "no, only fast things. It's just me and one other guy here". He says "ok how about an onion bagel with plain cream cheese ". DD says "no sorry, we are out of onion. How about everything?" US "no, how about plain " that finished the order. We got to the window and he almost handed us the everything bagel.
