Absolutely horrible service... The drive thru cashier was talking on the phone while taking my card and rung me up for the wrong check. Her excuse was that she didn't ring that in. Doesn't make sense since there was only one drive thru cashier, her. The manager corrected her " oopsie" as she called it, and that's when it continued to get worse. We waited no less than 5 minutes at the window for our food which included soft drinks with no ice which is the same as a previous review from 3 weeks ago, sounds like corporate needs to be involved.... There was a lack of sauce that I ordered for my nuggets, and the attendant didn't know how to fully put a lid on our drink containers or close a happy meal box, we had to do both ourselves. I returned to the store for my sauce to find another slow, snail paced line that other reviews also mention. I told them I didn't get my sauce to which they replied, "Did you order sauce?" I was completely appalled that they would even dare to ask such a question.... Very rude in my opinion... they gave me my sauce when I got to the window and said have a nice day, no apology, nothing at all. I can't believe these people are making $15+ an hour to have a machine do all the work for them, and the work they do themselves is not worth $3 an hour. Absolutely embarrassing for this organization. I am glad I was just stopping by this area and don't have to deal with this...
Read moreDoing a drive-through Lee, around 11:30 am. we wanted something quick to eat so we pulled into this McDonald’s. Went to the drive up window waited for somebody to respond, yelled hello hello hello . Nobody responded. Went by two both drive up windows, No one in sight. Pulled out of there went down further to see if there was another fast food restaurant there was nothing in sight so we figured OK. Turn around go back to McDonald’s this time park the car went into the restaurant waited for service everybody that was getting service the app so they got served first before the customers coming in off the street this is totally wrong. Waited a little longer. A person said oh be with you in a minute and then another person went over to them and said oh you have to give this one you have to serve this one talking about another customer. We turned around and walked out the last time I went to a McDonald’s in Springfield Massachusetts. It was so expensive. I swore I’d never go back, but we needed something to eat the only reason why we went back there now I swear on this website, my husband and I will never step foot in another McDonald’s fast food companies that make your meal smaller and smaller are getting out of control....

She had a fustrated tone in her voice as we repeatedly corrected her on our order. One sandwich had special instructions , she said she needed to ask her manager for permission to make the sandwich. We gave up and just took the food the way they wanted us to have it. After waiting a slightly extended period at the second Drive thru window our order finally arrived with the young man proud to announce that our hash browns were fresh out of the oil. Unfortunately everything else was not fresh. We received food that was not time and tempature controlled. Wait that's not all, our complete order wasn't in the bag. I had get out of the car and go inside and ask for the missing items. This whole process took about 15 agonizing minutes. I had a very poor experience leaving me questioning If their management lacks ability to create a functional burger crew, what else do the lack the ability to do.
