Went for the first time in a long while today. The place was really hopping when we arrived. Even so, not a long wait for drinks or food. My daughter and I both were very pleased with our choices. I had a deli pretzel roll with ham and cheese. It was toasted. My only (very small) complaint is that the ham wasn't warm the whole way through, but that was partially because of the amount of meat on there! Be careful - what's called a "morning mocha" described as espresso, almond milk, banana, is actually a cold, blended frappe type thing. When it was handed to me, I said "oh, it's cold?" No response or apology. I threw it away, got back at the end of the line, waited 10 min then ordered a hot mocha. It turned into a $12 drink and the lady working didn't say a thing.
