This is our 3rd time ordering from them. We first ordered when they first opened and we were not impressed. Last week we decided to give them another chance ordered 2 pizza, 2 hoagie, build your own fries with bacon and homeade cheese sauce and an order of garlic bread with cheese. The pizza was bland with barely little flavor. I couldn't find the garlic on the garlic bread. The hoagie were edible at best. The only thing that was really good was the fries. So we don't like to review places without trying more options. Every restaurant has bad days. So we ordered yesterday a deep dish pizza. We asked for extra cheese. We barely tasted and cheese. The steak hoagie was overdone and dry and the caramelized onions were just thrown in on spot on each half. Thank goodness because they were nasty. We also got a gyro which was mediocre at best. The only thing that was any good was the fries. Same way as last weekend. We ordered on line both times. Last weekend we had it delivered. This weekend we picked it up. I have nothing against teenagers working. But we went up and asked for our order which we had ordered for a specific time. They had a problem finding it at first. They had to open all the containers to find ours. It was very much in disorder. I know places get busy but you should at least have your orders together. In reading other reviews I see the owner likes to sometimes answer back with an excuse of why this happened. I do not want an excuse and I also do not want credit or a refund. Your menu is way to big which means you can not keep track of all of the quality. Great restaurants have smaller menus and specialize in one ore two. Most of what you serve is below par to medicore. Make what your good at not what everyone requests. Make the best of everything that you make. Added after company response: You should learn to accept criticism. Everyone that post negatively about you gets a negative response back. What is that telling future customers? We spent almost $200 dollars giving you a chance. I am not a picky person. But if something isn't right it isn't right. I went to culinary school and I know when something is good and when it is not. I take criticism as it comes and actually thank people for it. It helps me decide what to do to make things better. Maybe Gorden Ramsey could help you. Update: JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS I HAD NO ONE ELSE FOLLOW UP. Read moreI called and ordered the special, which was 2 hoagies. I ordered a meatball and a chicken...the meatball was incredibly dry with almost no sauce on it. It was very hard to eat. I could only choke half of it down it was so dry. I also never got the discount I was supposed to get for ordering the special. So I was overcharged. I called to speak to someone...I spoke to the manager who confirmed that I got overcharged. Told me she would speak with the owners who would contact me. I waited over a week...never heard a word from anyone. After a week and a half I called back. Still no owner! I had the manager offer to give me the discount on my next order...i asked her why would I order again from a company that overcharged me and gave me terrible food the first time and never even did anything to fix it when it was brought to their attention. She didn't have anything to say to that. Apparently the owners are fine with serving low quality food and ripping off there customers and not caring if the customer calls to complain. The quality has definitely gone down! So good luck ordering from them....cause if u have a problem....no one is going to care or fix it! Update.... I don't know if the owner is a liar or the owner and manager don't talk much....However NO ONE ever offered me a credit or refund! I never accepted something that wasn't offered to me! Read moreWe got a large supreme pizza and a couple of hoagies (chicken bacon ranch and Italian) and everything was so good. The pizza crust was fresh and baked just right. The toppings were plentiful but not overpowering. The hoagies were large with lots of meats and veggies. I can't wait to go there again on my next visit to PA.
I wanted to edit this review so you all know why I didn't give this restaurant a 5 star review. My only complaint was the service, no one greeted us when we walked in and the girl at the register never once looked up at us when we stopped in to pick up our order. Just a simple "hello, welcome in" can go a long way. This would not stop me from visiting again as the quality of the food is worth...
