Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Leesburg

Our go-to place for great food and variety. Was there 9/16 and left very satisfied once again. We were especially pleased with Brian, our server. This young man was so pleasant, professional and thorough. What especially impressed us about him was how he handled a table of 7 next to us that had obviously placed a large order and totally trashed the table who were getting ready to leave. We couldn't help overhearing Brian ask the person paying the bill if he had done something wrong. The person said "no, why". Brian then politely said he thought he had because they decided to only give him a $5.00 tip for an over $75.00 meal. We believe Brian was asking in attempt to apologize if he had. Well, the person paying the bill became nasty and then proceeded to complain to the manager how rude and unprofessional Brian was. If anyone was rude it was the table of 7 that had no respect for their server who in our opinion was one of the best servers, we've ever encountered when dining out. It's sad to see some people expecting everything but not willing to show...

Went in for lunch today...Katie my server was great....however the beer Michelob ultra beer on draft that I ordered was horrible tasting...told Katie and then wanted Coors Light which she informed was also aweful tasting per other customers. She then said that both of these beers on tap have been tasting horrible for a week or more. She was not sure why they were not fixed. So I went ahead and ordered Budlight on tap which I think tasted ok but after all that drama wasn't sure. How does a resturant have horrible tasting beer for that long is mind bogling...so bad...then i asked server if I get beef o Brady points for my meal she said no they do.that here... huh. Then asked her does the wi fi work she said no....not blaming Katie for anything...just corporate...what an aweful experience here in Leesburg and definitely will not stop back...

I'm sorry to report that we were disgusted with the fact food prepped nor cook wore hairnets. The girl putting together food was digging in her ear with her finger and her wild hair was all over the place. Then she continued preping and giving waitresses food. I was so grossed out. Also the bus boy slash cleaning tables and getting rid of garbage never washed his hands or put gloves on before sitting down and putting silverware into paper...he was cracking his neck with both hands and rubbed his nose and touched his bald head..yukky then touched clean utensils that people will be eating from. Totally unexcusable and talk about a germ fest. This really is pitiful behavior. The food is actually good it's the nasty habits of the employees that have ruined this for us.
