Arby's — Restaurant in Leesville

We ate at this location a couple of times with no problems. We ate there on November 14, 2015 and even though the food was OK; it was not hot. There was one table that wasn't too messed up that we couldn't wipe away the crumbs. There were 4 or 5 workers. We ordered a Pumpkin shake and was told the machine wasn't working because the day shift left the top off. This is a health violation. They were complaining about the day crew not cleaning up and spending their time on their cell phones.well the crew working should have been cleaning tables. Some of the employees were new so we understand when they were trying so hard to get our orders right. :0) But there was no reason at all that every table was filthy and our burgers were cold They weren't very busy at 8:35 pm. We noticed a Taco Bell down the road a bit so we may try it next time. I hope management sees this; it's the only way to leave...

Refreshing Customer Service. Sadly it's hard to deal with most attitudes within fast pace food places. This Crew at Arby's in Leesville LA, extremely welcoming & completely comfy throughout the entire experience. My Pitbulll is newly adopted and very loving but,, was cautious and worried whenever we pulled up to the drive-thru. Trying hard to save us from the cashier. I'm convinced it was definitely Shadow's first time. This wonderful Lady instantly eased his worry by offering him his first Pup Cup. I'm very grateful 🙏 for the kindness showed. It's hard not to love a good roast beef sandwich when all the other fast food restaurants are burgers or chicken. I've just started eating at Arby's again. Their seasoned french fries are delicious n the ice tea isn't bad. Great service and nice people working at this Arby's in Leesville. Only issue I have is having to ask for condiments at drive thru window. I don't think you should have to ask or check the bag before you drive away. Should be common practice at all drive thru windows to put at least 2 ketchups n a couple sauce packets in the bag along with...
