China Fusion — Restaurant in Lehigh Acres

I love the food here but today was especially hard to order over the phone. Was left on hold for 10 minutes then told “thank you for holding please continue holding” I proceeded to hang up and call back. Call taker put me on hold again but only for 5 minutes. I put myself on mute usually when I’m left on hold. As soon as I unmute myself, im guessing I didn’t say I want to order carry out fast enough and was put on hold. Hung up and over the phoyou guys understaffed. Call taker says “Dude I got 5 people in front of me” I responded “ I little Marie heard you getting someone’s order at the counter while you’re on the phone with me on hold” he proceeded to hang up on me. I came to china fusion in person to see what’s going on. Ordered my food and paid. While I’m waiting at the location. I notice every time Blake/bake answered the phone. He would yell please hold and would drop the phone on the counter. He did this to 2 calls and just took care of people just walking in. I asked his name after getting my food. I recently had the pleasure of dining at China Fusion in Fort Myers, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern, yet cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was nothing short of excellent.

Stopped in to place an order to eat there even though it states here that dine is available. No dine in allowed and according to whomever was at the counter stated "I have not had or allowed dine in for the last 4 years" I was just passing through hoping for a good meal and had to elsewhere because I had no place to sit and eat inside due to it raining outside. I have no idea what the issue was or do I now care all I know is that he was not very nice to me when I questioned it. I did not order anything and I wish this man and his business all the success. In reply to the owner, what am I lying about? Everything I stated is the truth. I would like to thank you for now changing on the main page that no dine in where yesterday it said you did have dine in. I did not get mad I just ask questions and if me asking questions is call lying then I wish you all the best in your life...
