Employees are careless. I ordered a wrap and asked to omit an item on it. The girl making it included the item and realized her mistake. She pushed the wrap to the side to begin again. As soon as another employee saw it, he ran to grab and start eating the discarded item and many other employees also helped themselves to bites of it also. Right in front of the waiting line to order, so the whole store stopped for a bite to eat while the customers waited for their smoothies/food to be made and orders to be taken as they enjoyed their meal. Once we got in the car and pulled away, we realized my husbands wrap was a completely different wrap from the one we ordered. Proper training is needed at this high school run...

Went in for food and a smoothie. Waited 15min and they never even started my order. I asked for my money back. Instead the the girl dissapeared for 5min and then wanted to give me only the sandwich money back. The old coot manager finally appeared and fumbled around another 5min trying to figure out why the unsupervised crew messed it up. I had to say it again. I just want my money back. They already waisted 25min of my time! Now, this guy grew up in the time when a respectable place would comp the meal and ask if they could make it right and give a sincere apology. I love Tropical Smoothie because they're the only place that used beyond meat products and being vegetarian it's a awesome thing for me to have healthy food that's also filling for the price. The avocado smoothie with pineapple is the best. I get the buffalo chicken salad but sub the chicken for the beyond meat and it's amazing. The reward system is a pain sometimes because it only works if you use the app in the credit card so if paying cash it might not work. And you have to spend over $50 to only get a $5 reward so it would be nice if they increased that a little bit. But it's always very clean fresh food and a...
