Havanas Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Leisure City

I’ve been coming to this place for the past week. I’m not gonna lie their food is really good. The customer service is pretty bad though. 2 of my last trips have just been annoying. First off it would be nice if you guys had a working phone so that when I call I can actually make an order for pick up and not wait in the bakery. Secondly One if the ladies always has an attitude. Thirdly I had to repeat my order 3 times in front of the lady because she was too busy chatting it up with someone that came after me. Would be nice if they actually just paid attention. I speak Spanish fluently so I shouldn’t have to repeat my order 3 times especially if I’m right in front of you, but at the same time you’re too worried about what another customer that you’re not taking care of is saying. Mind you, you guys actually have great food. But please just be a little more respectful when people are ordering or calling to try and make an order, because at the end of the day this is a bakery but you guys also have to have at least some customer service. I’ve moved to Homestead in 2016 and ever since then I’ve been coming to Havana bakery almost every day on a daily basis. I am a regular now and they treat me and my family like family like if we were their own family. I have made many connections And always felt as if I’m walking inside home that is how Havana’s bakery makes me feel at least when I am there picking up my daily coffee or Cuban bread or pastries for my family at home. I order here every day for years through DoorDash I know my mom had a few desrepectul encounters with the blonde lady at the cashier but well I still been supporting this business after all . At no intent I leave bad reviews but after 5 going everyday I’m not sure if this blonde lady has some type of mental issues but she talked to me in a very disrespectful way over a very simple question that I can’t even write the word here because it will be a violation on Google.
