Burger King — Restaurant in Leisure City

I never do reviews but if I can save someone from this place then it's worth it. I will begin with their the slowest place I have ever been to. But if I'm the type that if I see a long line then they must be good right? Well I order my food. Whopper no onions. I drive off. I get to the light and I open my burger. It's a plain whopper. No lettuce. No tomatoes. No pickles. No ketchup. Nothing. I repeat. Nothing. So I go back. I get down. I tell the cashier I wanted no onions and this is plain plain plain theres nothing in it she says ok and throws it in the back. I'm standing there waiting. And I notice why they have such a long ass line. Its not bcaz their good its bcaz their so busy screaming at each other and cursing. INFRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE INSIDE. They are a mess. Disgusting employees. Then she gives me my food after waiting 30min. I'm carrying my 5 month old so I cant open it there. So I go to the car. I opened the bag. Oh my God. It was the same exact burger I gave them. The exact same one. It starts raining so I cant get down with my baby so I just left and threw it away. Never again...

I went to drive thru to pick up my order were an employee refused to serve me stating that every online order is dispatched only as carry out at the front desk inside the restaurant. I stated that the Burger King app allowed me to pick up my order at the drive thru and she responded that the app does not says that and I need to read better. I proceeded to get inside the restaurant and ask why they are not serving online order at the drive thru even when the official app has this option and same employee which resulted to be the manager stated again in a very disrespectful manner that I need to start to read better. After she made this statement she moved to the kitchen and refused to attend me. Another employee proceeded to serve my order.

Is disappointing how it's employee felt entitled to treat me like a liar or to question my abilities to read English because I'am hispanic. As well, Is very concerning how this establishment is exposing it's clients to Covid-19 having them handling doors, getting inside the establishment and making contact with other in disregard of the...

So I decided to Give this Burger King another Chance. Apparently the owners don't care about the After Hours Service. And about any service from what I can see from the reviews. As always, everytime we show up between 1:30 am until 5 am there closed because of the registers are being changed or computers are down or the nuclear holocaust is coming. Ridiculous, that they say they are open 24 hrs. Good thing McDonald's and Taco Bell Next Door Honor their 24 hour signs. I Guess Burger King is doing so well they do need customers. Update: came back 11-18-19 Still bad service. Sold out on Impossible Burgers. And The Computers are down. 11:00pm. Ridiculous. They need to close thos place down and open something the locals can enjoy! Update: I Decided to Give A Second Chance To This Burger King. I Ordered A Double Whopper With Cheese togo.
