These five stars belong to flooring Decor Specialist Drea Oliveros, Specialty Assistant Manager Robert Wilson, and the COS Nyia Wells because the fixed the disaster that the Measurements Service Department created with the incomplete quote submitted. No body in that department took responsibility for all the inconveniences that my wife and I had to endure for that incomplete and as per our perspectives malicious quote. My respects for the person that go to my home to take the measurements because she did a good and professional job, But I can’t say the same for the team that was involved in the creation of the quote. Don’t buy any project online don’t make orders for big projects online, you will be frustrated and no body is going to take real care of you. For flooring projects please go with Drea Oliveros and her team, they are your best backup from the start point to end of your project. We were super excited for this store to open back up but it has been sadly disappointing. The customer service here is horrible! Went to the store early Sunday to return a garbage disposal that we had purchased THE DAY BEFORE. Since no one ever offered assistance, we picked up the wrong model which needed a special cord. We literally opened it, read the instructions, placed everything back in the box, and were returning it. Maritza, the employee who was assisting us with the return, began to give us attitude almost immediately. She gave us the third degree as if we were thieves and accused of returning a used part. The slightly scuffed, plastic adapter pipe she claimed was used, was never even taken out the box. The whole interaction was surreal, I couldn't believe the audacity of this lady. Too early on a Sunday for people like her....
