Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Horrible! I wake up from a nap hungry so I decide to get something to eat. For the longest time I wanted to eat Taco Bell. So I decide to go I go through a drive-through which I hate going through all the time but I had no choice because the inside was close and I get there and the lady says hello to me right away and I say yes Hello give me one second and I don’t anything not even think five seconds pass because I’m still looking at the menu deciding on what I’m gonna to get. And the lady says hello again like basically rushing me to make an order. So I ordered an XXL burrito and a soda. After getting home and finally sitting down to eat my food the Mountain Dew is flat. Tasted like straight Alka-Seltzer. On top of that the Barito is Luke warm and when I bite into it I get a big bite of lettuce and tomato that’s it. so I opened it to see whats inside actually just little bit of steak not even full. I don’t know where this location is getting their pictures from corporate mines was very low-quality amounts of food not the first time either. So I call to complain and the guy who picks up the phone I immediately ask for the manager and And twice The guy sounded surprise like the manager? I’m like yes manager! She said to come by and they were going to...

I know what you may be thinking, “who writes a review for a Taco Bell?” Well I have to write something because this Taco Bell is one of the best locations I have ever been. The food is pretty standard but the crew that works this location is amazing. They are very efficient with orders and super friendly. The service you receive here is far better than any other Fast Food restaurant. This is saying a lot also considering that this location is in Miami. You do not expect to get good service in Miami but this location is by far one of the best fast food experiences you can get in any area. Kudos to the team staffing this location. Whatever Taco Bell is paying you they are not paying you enough. This location should be a model to be followed by every Taco Bell….actually every Fast Food restaurant should be this good.

The worst taco bell in taco bell history . the food was not fresh the tacos were like rubber not crunchy at all . it seems like the night shift doesnt care about there customers . also I would to note that this taco bell has alot of false advertisement its says on there menu that they have the double chulupa box when they dont it's says it on there outside menu board and on there Windows . I was craving it thats why I came to this taco bell . when I attempted to order it the cashier stated it was discontinued she practically force me to get something that I didnt even want . very unprofessional and her customer service was very poor .
