Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Leitchfield

The cops almost got called!! My sister and about 5 other customers ordered chicken strips. They were all cold and rubbery. When they told the manager she was very unprofessional and would only replace the amount of chicken that they hadnt eaten. Instead of just bringing more chicken out, she took what was left of their fries and toast too, but didnt replace that. We were told the chicken only takes 2 minutes to cook and is dropped every 2 minutes. However, when ordering my sister ordered hers first and it was up in the heater area before i even placed my order and we were on the same order. I went back to the register to get ice cream and the manager and other employees were saying "they got new chicken, if they keep running their mouths, im calling the cops".

Overall, extremely unprofessional and uncalled for behavior. If that many customers are unahappy with the same food, i would say there is probably a problem with their food, not just being picky.

I usually don't have an issue, but tonight was different. After driving for 4 hours today, I came to my hometown to eat. I picked up a 6 piece basket and put it in the passenger seat for when I got home. I don't like eating in my car. When I got home I opened it up and it was a 4 piece. How can my 6 year old count to 100 plus and the 18+ years olds at dairy queen not count to 6? If I wanted a 4 piece I would have ordered it. I've worked fast food. The guy at the drive thru window is supposed to check the order. So not only was this supposed to be counted once but twice by 2 different people. It isn't hard.. Fast forward to a year later. I thought lets give them another chance. Pictured below if my two blizzards ordered for me and my husband. Supposed to be cotton cady but lacking the topping. It literally taste like vanilla. I have had these made elsewhere with no issues. I dont understand why this place can't get it right. Literally an issue...

Stop it!! I'm gaining weight by trying to finish all my food! Yall, I do not know how DQ onion rings taste so darn good, but they do. This is my favorite place to get them. Always fresh, crispy, and plentiful! When you walk in you are greeted with cheerful smiles, The employees are always laughing and joking with each other, which is great to see! There is not a long wait at all for your food and they always tip our blizzards over, which my grandkids really like to see. The facility is always clean.
