One star review, if I could give zero I definitely would. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. Steve Miller welcomed us with a look of disgust as we entered today, and was VERY headstrong on the fact that he couldn’t and wouldn’t help us with fixing our insurance claim that goes through Verizon. You’re on your own when you need help with your phone folks, might as well go to straight talk. Back to the terrible customer service shown today (at all the fact that they hide in the corner of the store that they locked one side too so maybe you’ll think they’re closed) wow, never have I ever experienced such Terrible customer service legit as soon as I walk through the door. The person who "assisted" me was not a regular employee of the store, per his own admission, but was wearing a Russell Cellular shirt. I think he was a regional manager of some sort. He was VERY RUDE to me and insisted the phone had not been mailed to them. He treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing this. As it turned out, the phone had been mailed there. When I was sitting in my car, another employee came out and asked me my brother's name. I told him and he said, "It's here." I do not recommend this store to anyone.
