Normally I would say all these people giving bad reviews here are a bunch of Karen’s but I actually agree. This is the worst place to eat in Leland lol. But not just because of the service, what do you expect from a Bojangles?? This is pretty much consistent terrible food and service at every bojangles I’ve ever been to. This is why I don’t go here. But the reason for this review is a specific time when I ordered with the robot and get a chicken biscuit meal with bo rounds and tea. I pull up and pay at the window. The lady wasn’t rude or nice and tells me to pull up for my bo rounds. I wait maybe 5-10 minutes and she brings me my food. I go to pull away and see that they didn’t give me the bo rounds I “waited for.” So reluctantly I park my car and walk inside. There’s a lady waiting already. And I was going to stand behind her because I didn’t wanna be rude but I was hangry so I stepped in front of her and called for help. They stared at me like I had four heads and pretended not to hear me. I finally say after 6 mins “can I just get my Bo rounds” cause that’s all I really came here for tbh. The lady finally looks at me and says “ you got Bo rounds?” And I say “yeah that’s what I thought I got pulled up for” and It even said it on the receipt.
They start laughing at me and throw some Bo rounds in a bag and slide it at me.
I say “wow thanks for the great service” and I haven’t been back since. I work in customer service and there’s no need for the attitude or laughing at people. If you don’t wanna work then don’t. Read moreWent there over a month ago, ordered, which took forever at drive-thru. Got to window and paid and was told my chicken was cooking and it would be 20 minutes, pull up and they would bring it out to me. About 30 minutes later my food came out, and the entire order was wrong. Could not go inside because the door was locked. So drove around, was not going to set in the line at the speaker for another 20 minutes so I pulled right up to the window. Told the girl at window my order was wrong, she called the manager over. He began to cuss me out and tell me to get away from his window and he wasn't giving me my food or my money back. I continued to sit there, he continued to cuss at me along with all his other employees. He then called some of his friends and employees that were already off duty. They came and surrounded my vehicle started screaming and cussing at me telling me to get out of the drive-thru. I finally left, I called corporate, was told "oh yes we know who you're talking about, he's going to be gone, we've had plenty of problems with him". Well went back about a week ago again sitting at drive through forever. Got to window and guess who was still there. Of course he recognized me and began cussing and screaming at me again. Read more@Bojangles My Google review 4 ur Leland NC [Drive Thru] They packed the ord [in a sealed box & 3 knotted bags], it was a family meal pack & was supposed 2 contain several sides & biscuits. Chick?✔ Sides & cornbrd? MIA! Called 2 tell them, the Mgr refused 2 make it right (I asked for a $10 crdt on a $65 ord) Rtrning 2 store to get missing items was unreasonable as returning 2 store 2 wait on the drive thru (we were on line 4 over 1/2hr, the doors were locked) this would've meant almost another hr before we could have lunch. The Mgr told me 'NO' & hung up. Tried calling back several times, no response tried again over the next few days no answer & can't go in as the doors are always locked. My advice DO NOT GO TO BOJANGLES ON RIVER RD in Leland, they are slow, don't prep ords properly & don't make good on errors. BTW, this is not an indictment of Bojangles, just the store on River Rd. I understand short staff(we patiently waited over a 1/2hr to ord & get food), I also understand things happen, but when they are pointed out & you make a request & the response is to HANG UP!
