Let me say first of all this is my go to Subway. I pass 4 others to come to this store. Customer service is amazing. These people make you feel like family. When I come in they greet me by name and already know what I am getting. I worked for Subway in my college days. While reading these reviews brought back memories of these days I must correct a few of you. While the staff has to remain friendly even to the worst of customers, I can tell you the real problems. Brandi White--- If you do not like meatballs with sauce on them. Why would you order a meatball sub??? They are sitting in a pool of sauce. Order something else. The person who snapped at you was probably thinking the same thing. Renee Beatty- There is a formula for the sandwiches. I used to get yelled at all the time about omg its not enough meat! You can get extra. The formula is what keeps the prices down. If you want more meat, you can get it. But most folks are cheap and wont pay 75 cents for extra meat. You didnt hurt the staff by going to Jersey Mikes. The staff just does what they are told. They dont make the formulas or the prices. You are right you get more meat at Jersey Mikes. But you pay twice as much too. Jesse Shapiro- you are crack me up. Anyone that has EVER worked in a restaurant knows that when the power has been out for 4 hours or more; said restaurant cannot legally open without being inspected by the health department to assure all food is safe to eat. Kudos to this store for doing the right thing and double checking before opening. Jesse you have no idea what you are talking about. To my favorite store and staff. Keep up the good work. Read moreI frequent this location quite a bit due to my wife being pregnant, she craves subway. Every time I had visited this location it was a good experience, a little slow but good. After this last visit I will never return to this location. The entire toppings bar was in disarray and missing most of the toppings. The toppings that were there were all black and brown from food safety neglect, clearly none of the items had been stored properly and were potentially dangerous to consume. To top it all off the gentlemen helping us was clearly under the influence and when I asked him if he had any new product in the back he didn’t acknowledge me and walked into the cooler for close to a minute, came back out and shrugged his shoulders. I asked for the managers number and when I called (Virginia was her name) she proceeded to yell at me and tell me how her store wasn’t dirty and that she didn’t care what I had to say. I informed her that I was going to contact health services and she said go ahead, so that’s exactly what I did. I also contacted the subway Franchise and the Department of labor for unsafe and unsanitary work conditions. If you care about your health stay away from this place, I wouldn’t even feed there...
Read moreArrived for a curbside order. Two people entered the restaurant not wearing any form of mask and spent around 5-10 minutes talking to an employee also not wearing a mask. A child wearing a Subway shirt (there is absolutely no chance this person was old enough for even a work permit) brought out my food. One of the drinks was wrong, and two cookies were missing. I did not enter the restaurant and did not want to call for the other items as I observed the aforementioned trio of unmasked people sit down at one of the dining table, a distance of about 3 feet, and have a conversation. This encounter lasted longer than I was parked in front of the restaurant, in which time two other customers came in, ordered, and left. The child who brought out my food and a third employee made their food. As soon as those two customers left, the employees behind the make line took down their masks and did not appear to be wearing gloves. I’m immune compromised and regardless, all the activity I witnessed at this store was unsafe and endangering. And my order was wrong and I did not receive multiple items paid for.
