Very happy with our food. Best pasta I've had in awhile. Initially was worried when I first called to place the order because I was placed on hold in the middle of speaking but was happy when someone did answer to take my order because she was very helpful. I am sensitive to cheese, and she helped me navigate the menu. First time I've been able to eat Italian food without my stomach killing me. There is also a gluten free menu. My husband got a pizza, and it was huge. It did not fit in our stove for storage or in our fridge but that's okay. My husband said it was delicious. One slice and he was full. To go food was super fresh and hot. Only downside is I don't know if I'd eat in. Cramped and super loud. I am very satisfied with my to go order though and will be going back. It is a little expensive, but we will have leftovers for days.

Indulging at this Italian gem in Brunswick Forest was a delight! With indoor and outdoor seating, the ambiance was as diverse as the menu. The staff's friendliness added a warm touch to the entire experience. I took a flavorful journey with the Eggplant Parmesan Hero sandwich – a cheesy delight with perfectly balanced tomato sauce. The toasted bread, lightly buttered, offered a satisfying crunch, making every bite a joy. And the dessert? A slice of heaven in the form of a 3-layer tuxedo cake. The soft and creamy chocolate top, the cheesecake middle layer, and the moist chocolate cake at the bottom created a divine symphony of flavors. Located in Leland, NC, this spot is a culinary oasis. Highly recommended for those seeking a fun and exciting Italian dining adventure!

The food was delicious and you could tell what good food it was because the line was so long! The lasagna sauce is very flavorful and rich, with some sweetness. I liked their garlic knots and fried ravioli appetizers as well. The pizza slices are large and have lots of toppings. What I didn't like was the layout of the place. The "wait to be seated line" was at the front of the store door, so you kept feeling you are in people's way when they are leaving. Inside the place was hot. I don't know if the air conditioner wasn't working well or the doors kept being opened and closed so all the cool air was escaping, but it was uncomfortable inside. I have no complaints of the food, it was delicious, but the restaurant inside was not a similarly pleasant experience.

Good Day, I had a bad experience at Pizzetta's Pizzeria last night in Leland, NC. This is a 4.5 star restaurant online. They have a great reputation in the area. It was our first time stopping as we were returning home to Wilmington. We chose to get a to go order, as we were tired and wanted to get home, and relax. My wife ordered a Bianca pizza, in the gluten free variety! I chose 3 different varieties of sliced pizza, in the chicken topping options. We sat and waited 45 minutes for our food. When the girl behind the counter who initially took our order, finally realized that we were still sitting and waiting. (The look on her face told me that she had forgotten us, when she realized that we were still waiting). She motioned to me that our order was ready, after I watched the to go orders sitting on top of the oven. Ours sit there for a long time. My pizza slices were cold when I got them, after sitting for so long. This is not the only issue there, I sit and waited and watched the staff working there. Number 1, The waitresses were all hanging out in the waitress area, all eating a plate of banana peppers, licking their fingers. then serving food without washing their hands! Number 2, One of the waitresses kept going into her personal purse and getting out gum and popping it into her mouth. This same person was constantly running her fingers through her hair, as in an effort to keep her hair neat. This is not a good thing when you are serving food in a restaurant. Number 3, There were many of the kitchen staff preparing food, while having open cups of soda in the kitchen cooking area, and drinking them while preparing food. Number 4, Using a cell phone to text while handling food items. These phones are really nasty. I may try them again, in the future, but not anytime soon. I am sure, with the right management on duty, this would not have been the case last night. I told the girl that finally handed me my food that i would probably not be back, due to the above mentioned reasons. Instead of her getting a manager, which is what should have happened, she flippedly replied, Oh, I am sorry! and walked away. I am more than happy to meet with the manager, and or owner of this establishment to share with...

Sat Oct 10th around 2pm whoever was in charge- shame on YOU! My elderly father who walks with a cane and wears his Vet hat (so clearly someone who has served our country) was screamed and yelled at by the manager/owner for ordering a pizza ahead of time to eat outside with his 3 grandkids. My parents live across the street and have ordered here for years. Apparently my father offended the restaurant by ordering a pizza ahead for outside. He simply wanted to save time because of the kids and tipped 25 percent on the pizza and Stromboli he ordered. But the man in charge screamed that he didn’t care about the tip, that’s not how they do things and that it’s not his fault the kids were impatient (which mind you they were not! Two separate couples came over following this mans rant at my father to say how awful the manager/owner was and how wonderful and polite and calm the children were). Even worse my poor father said well I am sorry I did not know this was an issue, we have sat outside with the pizza before. Hard to believe but this man yelled at my father “I wont accept your apology” !!!!! This man was enraged (maybe early 50s, thin, gray hair)- at a 75 year old vet with a cane with a 9, 6, and 2 year old who was simply eating pizza and apologizing. In my life I have never heard or anything like this. I wouldn’t even believe it if you told me because it’s so beyond the realm of normalcy and human decency let alone mention that this is a public establishment that should follow standard customer service practices (which mind you it usually does). Shame on you not only as a restaurant but as human beings to treat my father this way. It’s so sad and so hurtful to think this happened over pizza. With all that’s going on in the world it’s truly shocking and mind blowing. I do hope the man I am writing this review about realizes the power and effect of his hate and fury. Don’t do this to anyone else. Don’t ruin anyone else’s day. I know you must be a very unhappy person so for that I am sorry for you. But don’t hurl your abuse on...

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give a ZERO I would.

Visited family in the area. Place was full. Waitress took down our name and gave ua an estimated time.

Sat stood by the counter waiting for our table. We flagged her down so she knew we were still there after 15 minutes of waiting.

Table becomes available. She goes to clean it off passed us 4 times and processed to serve a whole other family who just walked in.

Went up to her and was like excuse me. She is like OMG I thought you left. Excuse me we literally advised where we would be waiting.

We then asked how long more she says 15-20. They have an outdoor seating area. At this point even at 96 degrees we were hungry. She states that if it rains they will not be able to switch seating. We expressed that after 45 minutes of waiting we will take our chances.

Imagine our surprise when she comes out several times with menus and seats others and provides other people outside aith menus and skips right over us again.

At this point I'm livid. On principle alone I want to walk out but the kids were hungry and after a 14 hr car ride I was starved.

She goes OMG I'm sorry. I figured you were waiting for an indoor table. Ummm excuse me. Did you hear anything we said at all 3-4 times.

So by then we decided they weren't even worth a tip of we stood so we left.

My family member who resides in the area proceeds to call and advise the manager of thw horrible experience and she actually was making excuses for them being busy. Family member explained that busy is one thing bad service is a whole other especially when this was more than just a misunderstanding with the repeated lack in general or service. No apologies for the miscommunication. No let me make it up too you etc. Dumbfounded.

Fortunately found Elizabeth's which another Italian establishment. Food was Amazing and Service was...
