Where do I begin.... the 3 stars is a compilation of the store as well as their service department. The "service manager" Stephanie (not sure of spelling) is the main reason for the stores low rating. She was rude and not sympathetic to an issue that she claimed to be the manager of. She stated on more than one occasion that she would "personally deliver, pick up and insure" my ring was correct. After the 4th time of it coming back (which was a simple repair and then combining my rings into one) it was finally correct. The gentlemen that helped me were absolutely fantastic. Sweet. Understanding. And kind about the situation. The "manager" however, nearly made this long time customer go somewhere else. If not for those men when I came to pick up, I would've lost faith in humanity and the supposed customer service experience that seems to be lacking in the management there. (if that is who they chose to be the service manager. )🤔 My ring split in the middle somehow on a wedding set of 3 rings. I had it repaired and asked that the other 2 diamond bands be placed on one side of the ring joining them to one piece. It is a Disney ring from the Little Mermaid collection and has shells displayed in rose gold. It took about 6 weeks to get it done and came back a total of 4 times before it was correct. 1st time it came back with bands on both sides. 2nd time came back and all 3 rings were completely apart again. 3rd time came back and only one was attached. Only giving this place 3 stars, it would be 1/5 if my fiance didn't have a great expirence in 2021 buying my engagement ring here. My fiance and I went in here on 10/01/2022 to look at wedding bands, our wedding is in December. There was a band I had been looking at, at another kay location and this location had never had that band (I checked 5 times) anyway, I had mentioned that band and the girl that was helping us said they had it and she just sold it yesterday- my fiance asked how much she sold it for and at first she could not tell us- then she told us "$950.00" I have been stalking this band for over a year now, I know the full price on it is $699.99, the warranty on it is roughly around "130-175ish" so no clue where she got 950.00 from considering that band was on sale for $599.99. We were also told that we were running out of time to purchase rings.

So a week later we went to Florence Kentucky Kay and found the same bands we wanted, and purchased them from a great sales man there that was not lying to us or trying to high pressure sell us like if we didn't buy that day we would not have rings for our December wedding.

Oh and it took 4 days for our rings to come in to that location.

Still curious how the outlet store was somehow more expensive then the...

My boyfriend and I were there looking for a ring. We were blessed to have "Mad Max" as our sales clerk. He helped us find the right one and worked to make it fit our budget. He went above and beyond to ensure it was back in time from getting sized before Christmas. Very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be a repeat client and will refer friends and family to him and this establishment.

Update I have been back to get my beautiful rings cleaned and once again Max has been able to help me make additional purchases. He is very patient, attentive and always helps me get the best deals. I am going to be a continued customer!

Max strikes again....with the best deals! Now added to my collection is a beautiful alexandrite ring. The picture doesn't show all of its beauty...the fact that it changes colors depending on the lighting is amazing. It's like getting 4 or 5 rings in one. Of course then I had to get the beautiful 3 stone earrings. Got the matching ring...sent out for sizing but can't wait to show that off too! Phenomenal service. I am always taken care...
