Sophia is amazing. I’m so grateful that I went there on the day. She was working me and my husband went in to get my three month old daughter‘s ears pierced and I was extremely nervous because I didn’t want to cause any trauma to my daughter‘s ears I was worried because I did it want my little girl to be in pain and Sophia was so kind patient understanding and gentle. She was very meticulous about the placement of the earrings to make sure that they look good when my daughter gets older and the earrings are placed perfectly in her itty-bitty earlobes, when my daughter started crying after the first one, she allowed me to hold her and soothe her and calm her down and told me everything was all right and to take my time and then allowed me to reset for her to do the next one Sophia is such a kind soul and a wonderful representative of this company. Sophia and Salem were absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top-notch. I came in here because I was having trouble inserting my wedding earring into my piercing I had done many years ago at a hair salon. The girls were so patient with me and helped me get the earring in and gave me tips and tricks!! They even filmed a video so my mom can see how to insert the earring correctly for me on my wedding day. Morgan, Sophia and Chloe were fantastic! They were so helpful in choosing the best earrings for myself and my daughter. They were very precise in getting our piercings in the exact right placement. They also talked my 5 year old through the whole process and made sure she was calm and comfortable the whole way through.
