The customer service is top-notch – the staff are always upbeat, making the whole experience even better. Though the lines can get long, they move quickly, and the drinks are always worth the wait. Let me just start off by saying I'm not huge on sweetened coffee/drinks. But I occasionally get Dutch Bros gift cards so why not?

I prefer to support small local coffee shops over chains, but there are some local small businesses nearby with awful service that I refuse to go back to simply because of how the workers treated me. I do not care if their product was amazing or not.

As someone who worked in the food industry and used to be a manager for 5 years, I know good service when I see it. The employees here are always fantastic - never making me feel rushed, and never pressuring me to upgrade/join/sign up or any other nonsense. I order what I want and I'm always treated so kindly. It makes me so happy just to pull up through the drive thru knowing I'll be helped by awesome employees. True good service is rare nowadays and always a beautiful...

The staff was rude and wouldn’t serve me because I allegedly entered the driveway incorrectly. There were no other vehicles in line when I entered the driveway but yet the staff refused to take my order. I did not cut in front of anyone so there was “No Reason” to deny me service. The manager, Preston, was unreasonable and seemed eager to use his managerial authority and force me to sit in his line while not taking my order. Dutch Brothers, you’ve lost 2 customers today, myself and my wife. Oh yeah that means we won’t be buying treats for our kids or buying gift cards to handout at our Christmas party.
