I made in order to double XL grilled stuffed burritos steak one with cheese and sour cream one without it took 15 minutes for me to get those two burritos I'm sorry 17 minutes exactly.. on our way home, I checked my burritos they were both wrong I got a beef burrito with sour cream n no cheese coupled with a steak burrito without cheese or sour cream. So I went back but in the Drive-Thru another 18 minutes because they were remaking my food and this is after the single vehicle in front of me had finally been served been served. Manager listened to music the whole time. It's really dirty on the inside. I'm definitely not bringing my girlfriend back here. I wouldn't even give it one star if you didn't have to in order to post. Last time I got two triple layer crunch wrap supremes, both probably had. Half a cup of beef between the two. These are supposed to be triple stacked. I bet even the regular crunch wrap has more meat than that normally. SMH I'm irritated. Compensation ain't enough they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe last couple of months the speaker volume at the drive-thru is so low people almost can't hear them. I've advised them three different times and it's still broken. Tonight I told the girl that to drive through window that she was barely audible and she said there's nothing they can do about it. I suggested to her that if she reported it to the owner they could fix it. She replied, you would think that, but they'll do it in 5 or 6 months or whenever they get around to it.
This is no way to run a business and it sure affects your order accuracy. Why make your customers put their head out the window and strain to hear your employee when they speak?
I then took the time out of my day to call the 800 number for Taco Bell, however they want me to call back, WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR THEM, rather than speak with me when I call. Way to go Taco Bell... top notch...

Went home and was missing the Cinnabon delights. Called and they said come back and we'll give them to you. Went back, got a bag and went home, once again assuming I got the right stuff. Nope! I got the cinnamon twists. I would understand if it was busy, but sunday morning at 10 am, I was the only car in the drive thru. So there really wasn't any excuse for it. I would highly avoid this location due to the fact that they were given 2 chances to get it right and they failed when they weren't busy. For any manager from this location reading this, I paid for a product that I was not given. Lack for attention to detail and knowledge to the products you are selling is bad...
