Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lemoore

I’ve been to multiple Jack in the Box’s and I understand their difficulty operating a 24/7 store, let alone the only 24 hour spot in the small town of Lemoore. This place is right around the corner from my house, so it’s super convenient. I can say, if you go during their graveyard hours, expect a small to medium size wait, as they do operate on a skeleton crew, but they do ensure good service for what they have to offer and they provide good food. Obviously everyone, even getting a middle of the night munch at 3 or 4 AM wants to get their food in a hurry, but just be patient, understand that their team is going to ensure you get your food. I’ve even had a couple times where the members have provided me a free dessert cake or something as an incentive for waiting. They aren’t trying to make you wait, just have some understanding from their perspective. Took about 3 minutes for them to even acknowledge us at the speaker. Then it took 10 minutes to get from the speaker to the window, then after being at the window for 5 minutes we got parked. The girl at the window forgot to give us our card back before parking us, no receipt either, of course. Didn’t get any sauce even though we asked once when paying and a second time when parked. Went inside to ask for our credit card after being parked for about 6-7 minutes, not only did they have no idea what card, and she had to go ask the girl on drive thru if anyone left a card, our food was just sitting there next to other bags, already completed. Curly fries and tacos were cold. If we’re getting parked the least they could do is make sure everything is done at the same time or at least hot. Took almost half an hour for ONE MUNCHIE MEAL AND 2 TACOS, and only because I had a REASON to go inside....

I just left here ordered a couple of sandwiches and they told me to pull around to the front door where I set for about 20 minutes while very long lines of cars got their food and left before I finally tried to go inside. After a customer who was still inside after closing let me in I walked up to the counter with my receipt and an employee watched me stand there for several minutes before asking me what I needed when I gave him my receipt he asked again what I needed and I said can I have my food and he asked me "What like the whole order? " Then he noticed my bags of food that were sitting on the counter for at least the whole 20 minutes I was outside and said it's probably these u can just have them sorry bro.....nothing like old, cold, soggy jack in the box and an "I don't care u just wasted 32$ here attitude." Way to go guys I'm not coming back and I'll tell everyone I know not to go...
