Me n ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lemoore

Lemoore's version of Me-n‐Ed's is a complete disappointment. Before it used to be the best in the Valley but has consistently dropped in quality and customer service. They consistently give incorrect times for how long a pizza can take to be made. I have been given times around 30 minutes till completion and arrive 45 minutes later to discover that the pizza hasn't even been made yet, let alone in the oven. This is on top of today when I decided to call right on my way out the door. Due to running other errands I decided to call and place my order. In the 10 minutes it took me to get to town, my order and call was never answered after being placed on hold. I then decided to just swing in and order due to the delay and order at the counter before running my errands. I was still on hold until I walked in to discover that not only was my call not being answered, there was an employee in the back putting all calls on hold, while the manager is prepping in the back. While still on hold, I noticed an employee by the soda machine that tells me they will be right with me in a moment and took 2 minutes to stop and come help me, despite being the only one in the store at the time. Call is still on hold when I end it and place my order. I was told 25 minutes and it would be ready. ok great. Turns out we have different definitions of what 25 minutes means. when I came back 40 minutes later, I witnessed my pizzas finally being placed into the oven. I finally got my pizzas about an hour after order, with the time frame given having taken twice as long. I will not be coming back to this location anymore and if and when I decide to give Me-n-ed's again, I will go to another location besides the one in my own hometown. Me n Eds in Lemoore can make good food - that is IF and WHEN they can get it right. If you call your order in, be prepared to be put on hold with or without your consent. They have to have the worst customer service in Lemoore. There is just no other sit down pizza place that can accommodate a big party. Hey Milano you might want to do some customer service checks.

UPDATE 5/12/21

I decided to try and give the Lemoore Me N Eds another shot since I heard their prior manager had been transferred (thinking she may have been the problem). I called from the driveway of my home on the outskirts of Riverdale. Was immediately put on hold. I managed to drive all the way into Lemoore and drive PAST Me N Eds before they finally picked up the phone. I was on hold for over 12 minutes. I proceeded to ask what the wait time for a takeout order would be and was informed it would be another 30 minutes.

I ask this question to Milano - what is an acceptable wait time for phone customers? 2 minutes? 10 minutes? Maybe 20 is acceptable and I should be grateful they picked up in only 12? Please help me out here? I grew up eating Me N Eds and it is upsetting in that it feels like your local business couldn't care less about...

I ordered pizzas online and paid online. I entered store to pick up my purchase and I had to wait in a long line that wrapped around the tables which is ridiculous! What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait 20 minutes in line just to pick up an already paid for order . Then when I finally get called up, they tell me my order wasn't ready. ( updated at 7:44 pm, I came home and had to slap a slice of pizza out of my son's hand because he has a severe allergy to an ingredient on the pizza which is not what I ordered. It was so scary for the whole family, no one knew what was going on till the saw the pizza on the ground and said whoa that was a close one. I ordered 2 med. pizzas, 1 pepperoni and bacon, 1 pepperoni and green peppers. I got 1 sausage and mushroom, 1 pepperoni jalapenos. I know people make mistakes, but when there's people out there with allergies that's a big mistake! I am going to make sure to call corporate to prevent these mistakes from happening. Kids get excited when they see pizza and of course they're going to grab a slice, definitely going to eat at home for a while. Please double and triple check orders before taking off with them, especially if your children...
