Cronin's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lenexa

I'm conflicted, I come to this spot at least 2-4 times a month. Bartenders are great! Every single one does an amazing job and every time I come I've never once had anything but an amazing time! But this Saturday (12/11) went in with friends from out of town as we were finishing up our bachelor party. Immediately as we walked in and made our way to the bar a shorter older women walked up to us aggressively saying we look to young to be here, asking us for ID before identifying who she was along with another women. We ignored her thinking she's just some random drunk person as she definitely wasn't sober at the time. It wasn't until she told us to get out did I acknowledge her and asked her who she was and if she was part of the staff. She stated she was the owner. We gave our ID's to her, she took it to the bartender who looked at it and said yes they are old enough. She questioned the bartender asking if she was sure, the bartender again said yes. Gave us back the ID's and said happy birthday for no reason. We left, I don't know if I will go back anytime soon which sucks because this was one of my favorite...

When I moved to Lenexa I was looking for a "Local Pub" and I found it at Cronin's!

Food has always been good and pricing is fair. Daily drink/food specials as well.

The regulars are super friendly and the horseshoe shaped bar means you can have conversations with everyone.

2 pool tables, 3 dart boards, Golden Tee, televisions everywhere you look with whatever game is on (not seeing your fav team just ask), poker nights, karaoke, etc.

There are 2 things that make Cronin's standout.

First, as I'm a social person that enjoys meeting people, the crowds that come in; there's the after-work crowd, the pre-party night crowd, and the after 10 or 11 crowd which includes a lot of people in the service industry.

Second, the greatest thing about Cronin's is EASILY there STAFF! I have never walked into this bar without having the bartender smile, say hi (by name since my second visit,) shake my hand, and ask if I want a Miller Lite. It doesn't matter who is tending bar Ryan, Travis, or Brenda you'll get fantastic service and likely feel like you've made a new friend.

Personally, I indulged in the eggy burger, an absolute culinary delight that exceeded expectations. Complementing this savory delight were the seasoned fries, a delectable side that further enhanced the overall dining experience.
