Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lenexa

FIRST OFF I placed a mobile order around 3:05 and it said it would be ready by 3:18. TELL ME WHY I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just to get up to the window and have the drinks still not be ready. Normally, I would be understandable because of the amount of cars and my previous experience working at Dunkin for 2 years. However, I pulled up to the window and immediately was greeted with attitude and unprofessionalism. First they screamed and then they started laughing when asking what my order was. Then, as they were making my drinks, one of them started saying very loudly “ I’m not rushing myself, I work at my own pace and I don’t care im not rushing I don’t care about all the cars waiting” I was taken aback and surprised by the fact she would say this in front of customers. She kept asking us and yelling whenever she talked to us with clearly not a care in the world. Screw Dutch bros. They take the orders at the window which makes grabbing a coffee take longer than it should. I got into line 20 minutes before I had to be at work. And was still late to work bc they decided to come out and start taking orders; the guy went to the car that had JUST PULLED UP in the second lane. Had he not done that I would have made it to work on time. But no, instead I get to look like a Karen bc I got placed behind the jack wads that just pulled up. I had a terrible experience at this Dutch Bros location. The person taking my order was rude, and the overall line management was nonexistent—I ended up waiting 30 minutes even though there were only four cars in front of me. To make matters worse, drinks were being made out of order, with people who ordered after us getting served first. When we finally pulled up to the window, our drinks still weren't ready.
